Dismantling of existing RAC machines(both IDU & ODU) cautiously by co's own tools & tackles and necessary arrangement by maintaining normalcy as far as applicable and keep them at store as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Delivery of 2.0 Tr. capacity concealed split type A.C. machine fitted with rotary compressor with copper made cooling coil, rated cooling capacity (BTU/Hr): 24000, with 1 no rotary compressor (capable refrigerant R32/R407/R410A) 1 no IDU & ODU of rated power supply 230V 1ph..50Hz. Minimum room discharge Air Flow : 800CFM with remote [Make: Hitachi/Daikin/Voltas/O General]

Installation , Testing & Commissioning of 1.5/2.0 Tr. Concealed split AC both indoor/outdoor unit incl. S &F of 50 x 50 x 5mm MS angle iron frame for installation of ODU and sealing of the holes in wall created during copper pipe connection between IDU & ODU exceed 3 mtr.

S&F laying of gauge copper pipe for suction & discharge with 9 mm thick nitrile rubber (make-- Arma flex/K flex) thermal insulation both for suction & discharge pipe and mending good the holes and damages as directed by EIC. a) 5/8" dia, 0.7 mm thick

b) 1/4" dia, 0.6 mm thick

S& Laying 4 core 2.5sqmm PVC insulated & unarmoured copper wire (make-Polycab/Havells/KEI) for 1.5/2 Tr. Split AC machine (extra length for distance of ODU & IDU exceed 3 mtr)

Supply & Fixing of perforated GI cable tray with perforation not more than 17.5% suspended from ceiling incl. S&F GI connector, 6mm dia MS suspender, bolts & nuts, steel fastener etc. as required of the following size. Incl. Al painting of MS support. With 25x25x3mm angle iron support 300x50x1.25mm (18SWG) (For the protection of copper pipe)

S & charging of refrigerant R32/R407/R410A as required.

Construction of service door through existing window after cutting existing window grill of size 4' x 4' clear with hinge MS door with locking arrangement incl. lock & key for access to platform for servicing outdoor unit

Supplying, fabrication & fixing 3Nos. M.S u-channel of 6 mm thick of size (75 mm x 40 mm x 40 mm) of 1m length for making platform for installation of outdoor unit of 7.5TR concealed split AC incl. drilling 2 nos holes in each channel including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 ½ :3) etc. fabricated with horizontal angle of 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm and flat (25x5mm) iron and with 1mtr height side railling made of angle and flat with necessary painting incl. shade arrangement with GI corogated shade (jindal) with proper clamping arrangement
