Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 metres.

Supplying and filling above chilled water pipers with fine sand including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying of in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work upto plinth level

1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand (zone-III): 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) for base of the pedestial and miscellaneous works

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement

20 mm cement plaster

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

"Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled water piping plumbing inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated with fire retardant quality expanded polystrene moulded pipe section of density 20 kg/cu.m after a thick coat of cold setting adhesive (CPRX compound) wrapping with 500g polythene faced hessain and finaly covered with chiken wire mesh and 10 mm thick sand cement plaster in two layer complete with type3 , grade 1 roofing feltstrip(as per IS:1322 as amended up to date ) at joints repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required complete in all respect."

Supplying, laying/ fixing of following thickness insulation with fire retardant quality expanded polystrene moulded pipe section of density 20 kg/cu.m after a thick coat of cold setting adhesive (CPRX compound) wrapping with 500g polythene faced hessain and nd finaly covered with chiken wire mesh and 10 mm thick sand cement plaster in two layer complete with type3 , grade 1 roofing feltstrip(as per IS:1322 as amended up to date) at joints repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required complete in all respect."

Providing and fixing in position the following butterfly valves (manual) with CI body SS disc, nitrile rubber seal & O-ring PN16 pressure rating for chilled water circulation complete as required.
