Earth work in excavation of founation in hard soil or gravelly soil including dressing and levelling the bed not exceeding 1.5m initial depth and depositing the soil within initial lead of 50m and as per specification approved by the Department. (F&P) Shop room size 3.40 mtr x 2.75 mtr 7Nos

Supplying and filling the foundation and plinth with clean coarse river sand of approved quality from approved quarry, laying in layers not exceeding 200mm thick, watering and ramming including cost, conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying and providing of Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) by using 40mm sized CBHG metal of approved quality including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalty of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

R.C.C work of prop M20 having minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200kg./cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516using 12mm to 20mm size (1/2” to ¾”) crusher broken hard black granite chips of 20mm size (not to exceed 25%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hosting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with vibrator, watering and curing for 28days, and finishing to exposed surface smooth providing, grooves or beads wherever necessary as per direction of the Engineer in charge including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work completion in all respects as per direction of Engineer in charge but excluding cost of M.S rod / Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for smooth centering and shuttering to RCC works etc all complete as per specification and direction of the E.I.C.

2.5cm AS flooring with CC (1:2:4) with punning using 12 mm crusher broken granites chips including all cost, charges etc complete.

Providing and fixing M.S grill/Gate of required patterns for windows/verandahs etc. with M.S flats, square or round bars etc. including all complete as per drawing & specification. (All steel sections contractor's own supply).

Wall painting two coats with Enamel paint of approved quality of premium brand of approved quality & colour over one coat of Steel primer at all heights to the surface of MS iron works to make an even finished surface including sand papering including cost of paint & primer, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking, all taxes , cost of all Labour , Labour cess,scaffoldings, staging, sundries,T&P etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Primer one coat of approved waterbound cement primer at all heights to the surface of the wall to make an even finished surface including sand papering including cost of paint & primer, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking, all taxes , cost of all Labour , Labour cess,scaffoldings, staging, sundries,T&P etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting two coats with weather coat of approved quality of premium brand of approved quality & colour over one coat of waterbound cement primer at all heights to the surface of the wall to make an even finished surface including sand papering including cost of paint & primer, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking, all taxes , cost of all Labour , Labour cess,scaffoldings, staging, sundries,T&P etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting two coats with Distemper of approved quality of premium brand of approved quality & colour over one coat of waterbound cement primer at all heights to the surface of the wall to make an even finished surface including sand papering including cost of paint & primer, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking, all taxes , cost of all Labour , Labour cess,scaffoldings, staging, sundries,T&P etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of 60 mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP-63:2018 including all cost, taxes, labour with T&P etc as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing cement concrete for unreinforced cement concrete works of ( 1:2:4 )using 12mm 20 mm size crusher broken hard granite (CBHG) stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry on the road surface including cost of labour, materials (inclusive of cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes, loading and unloading) & equipments for handing, transportation, batching, mixing, placing in position / layers, vibrating, curing for 7days complete as per specification drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
