S&F BEE 5 star rating vertical mounting type water storage heaters, 25 Ltrs capacity, made out of high quality powder coated mild steel outer body with CFC free PUF insulation, stainless steel inner tank duly glass lined coated, having withstanding pressure of not less than 8 bar, glassline coated heavy duty copper heating element, anode rod made out of SS/magnesium, 2000kW and inclusive of safety devices - pressure relief valve, vaccum relief valve, non return valve and drain valve. NOTE : The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of all minor jobs like drilling, etc. and materials and including necessary T&P required for installation and commissioning of water heaters all as per Havells Make Model Monza DX or equivalent in Crompton, Recold, V Guard.

Supply and fix heavy duty metal body exhaust fans AC 230/240 Volts of size 300mm sweep, 900 rpm with louvers and standard accessories as per manufacturer's manual complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Havells Model : Single phase or equivalent in Bajaj/Khaitan.

M&L for making opening in existing wall of stone massonary by taking out stones carefully and plastering inside in circular shape as required at site to match the frame of exhaust fan including grouting 04 Nos of bolts in existing wall to hold the frame of fan firmly with wall and making good disturbed surfaces of wall all as directed at site.

M&L Sub main wiring with 2 runs of single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable size of cable 2x2.5 sqmm (line conductor) & 1x2.5 sq mm (earth conductor). 1100 V grade drawing in & includingheavy duty non metalic PVC conduit, ISI marked, incl accessories not less than 25 mm in dia & concealed in wall, roof etc including PVC insulated, FRLSH unsheathed single core copper conductor cable, green in colour as in earth conductor including cutting charges for concealed conduit wiring etc and making good cutting not exceeding 10 cm grith complete all as specified and directed Make- Havells/Polycab/Finolex. Note : (i) Two runs of copper conductor cable and one run of copper earth wire including PVC conduit will be measured and paid as one unit only. (ii). Suitable size cable lugs copper fabricated will be measured in the quoted rate only. (iii). Cost of cutting chases in wall for flush fitting of DB and making good to wall with CM 1:4 and painting the same in order to match the same with the existing wall all to the satisfaction of Engr-In- Charge is deemed to be included in the quote rate.

Material and labour for NRV cast copper allay with butterfly handle.

M&L for supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated, floor mounted, IP 65 grade, DOUBLE DOOR, outdoor type LT cubical panel made out of CRCA MS sheet duly powder coated with Seimens grey shade RAL 7032 of size as per IEC 61439 1&2 norms. Panel should be mounted/grouted on 150 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 with 100 mm offsets complete. The bottom of the panel (space between bottom of panel and top of PCC foundation) shall be covered with 3 mm thick CRCA sheet covering all the sides of the base frame duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over one coat of red oxide primer. Make of Panel - Ti Panels L&T/XL3 Panels Legrand, Seimens SIVACON, ABB ArTu. The panel should have following accessories fitted in :-

(iii) MCCB 40 Amps, 415 V 4 pole 18 KA 50 Hz with Ics =100% Icu & thermal magnetic adjustable type all as per L&T Make; Cat pat No : CM90518OOGO including spreader terminals - set of 04 and direct rotary handle -01No as per OEM specifications and model or equivalent in Legrand/ABB/Seimens - 01 No. (iv) MCB 06-32 Amps, 415 V, TPN, 10 KA 50 Hz, 'C' series all as per L&T Make; Cat pat No : AU10ST0103C as per OEM specifications and model or equivalent in Legrand/ABB/Seimens - 05 Nos. (01 No. each for Incoming and Outgoing feeders) all equivalent model as per the OEM of the panel.

(vii) MCB SP 'C' series 10kA 60-32 Amps as protection for LED lamps (01 No. each for set of 03 Nos. LED lamps) and multifunction meter - 09 Nos. (viii) Control wiring with suitable size PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable for LED lamps, MFMs, etc. (ix). Suitable size aluminium bus bars for phase and neutral. NOTE - (i). Taking down unserviceable street light poles of steel/PCC complete

M&L for erection of internally and externally hot dipped galvanized 3 MM thick steel sheet (grade S355JO) 7 Mtr long 'smart poles' of octagonal cross-section with integral camouflaged junction box for incorporating control gears with flush door with necessary locking arrangements, having base plate-260x260x16MM to be grouted on suitable size shallow foundation with M-15 concrete with 750 MM long 04 Nos. 24MM dia. bolts and 4MM anchor plate, mounted with pole top mounting spigot type hot galvanised single arm street light mounting bracket Single arm bracket 1000 mm in length all as per instructions and technical specifications of OEM and to the complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Supply and fix weather proof aluminum conductor 4 sqmm 2 core, flat cable for connection from looping box to street light fitting. Make :-Grandlay/Havells/Polycab.
