Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters :35 mm thick including Providing and fixing 1 mm thick Sunmica of approved quailty / Make (as directed by Engineer-in-charge) on both the faces of the Shutters, and providing lipping with 2nd class teak wood battens 25 mm minimum depth on all edges of shutters including cost of Fevicol, Nails ,Material & labour etc complete. Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 13755 in colour as specified by the Engineer In Charge , laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.( Sample to be got approved by the Engineer -in- charge)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS : 13753 of minimum thickness 5 mm of approved make in colour as specified by the Engineer In Charge of size 300 x 450mm in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3Kg per Sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. ( Sample to be got approved by the Engineer -in- charge)

Providing and fixing gang saw cut thick mirror polished machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters facias, steps of stair case and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, polishing to edge to give high glossy finish etc. complete at all levels. Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer then Two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade all complete fixed to openings / wooden frames with rawl plugs, screws etc.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes channels, plates etc. including welding ,grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete ,including fixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster to ceiling of mix in ratio 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand). All work upto floor V level.

10-15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4(1cement : 4 coarse sand) in single coat on rough/fair side of single or half brick walls for interior and exterior plastering including making grooves (in between brick masonry and RCC work) scaffoldings etc. complete. All work upto floor V level.

Finishing plastered surface with white cement based Putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand & manufacture including sand papering and preparing the surface even and smooth (two or more coats) complete job. 10cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25 mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa at 35kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 (1 clay: 1 cow dung) and covered with specified tile bricks grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finishing neat. With common burnt clay (non modular) brick tiles of class designation 10.0

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Poly Propylene Polymer ) modified prefabricated five layer water proofing membrane, black finishing reinforced with glass fibre mat consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 ltr/sq. mt. by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87- 0.89 kg/ltr and viscosity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under: Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorized applicator of the manufacture of membrane. 3 mm thick water proofing membrane with non-woven polyester matt: Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/450 N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N.

Providing gola (Angular Fillet) 75 x75mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge) including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75mm deep chase

Making khurras 45x45cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1mx 1mx400 micron, finished with 12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement rounding the edges and making the finishing outlet complete.
