Repair to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1.0 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm the depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in screened & graded road metal, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping,6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of road metal, binder and chippings).depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 Square metre (exceeding 50 mm but n exc 100mm deep) including removing the material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and stacking complete all as specified and directed including rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting through powere roller of apacity exc 8 ton but not exc 12 ton complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation un surfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc.sweeping with brooms and finaly fanning the clean surfaces with gunny bags to removed all loose dirt etc.and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminious primer using paving vitumen VG-10 at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with @ 4% binder content (Bituminous grade VG-30) by weight of total mix, laid by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as directed and directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt’s etc and applying evenly a priming tack coat on existing black top surfaces with paving bitumen primer using bitumen VG-10 paving grade(80-100 penitration) @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm with tar boiler and including premix semi dense asphaltic bituminous concrete 30mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% paving bitumen using bitumen VG-30 paving grade(50-70 penitration) binder content by weight of total mix rolled and compected to required camber and gradient,complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Premix semi dense asphaltic bituminous concrete shall be prepared in hot mix plant and to be laid through machanical paver.)

Notes for item no 4 & 5 (a) Preparation of mix in hot mix plant,spreading by self propelling mechanical paver and rolling and compaction by set of rollers as specified in PSshall be carried out.Hot mix plant may be installed at any distance but the Contractor shall be responsible for maintaning the required temarature of mix under all conditions till it is laid and compected.unit rate against this factor shall be included and no delay in completion of work shall be acceptable on this account. (b) To achieve marshal stability of 1050 KN as per SSR Part-I Clause No-20. B .4 (c) Making suitable speed breakers/Humps as per specification laid down in IRC-99

M&L preparation of any type of road surfaces by scratching old spots,paints,trading oil greasy spots etc. making paints as making strips straight line,zebra crossing and stop lines and providing & laying of 2.50 mm thick hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved brand white/yellow colour with glass beads as per clause No 803 of MORTH specificationof width up to 150mm including dashes,arrow as per (MORTH) spesification for road including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gm per Sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35, of using automatic mechanical road marking machine complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Cats eye of size not more than 130mm and height not more than 20 mm made of strong engineering high impact resistant polymer with electronic welded lenses for retro reflective in dry and wet weather condition along road complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Solar road studs of aluminium alloy and polycarbonate size 125x125x125mm, 6 LED with stem self illuminating in dim area during night time, solar rechargeable batteries for continual performance without much maintenance,super bright LED with a viewing distance of 500 Mtr,equipped with prismatic, reflective lens on each side to ensure maximum reflectvity made up of heighly compressive material to sustain over 10 tonnes load,water resistance complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair sign boards of size 2.5’ x 4’ with ACP boards 2.5 mm thick including stainless steel tubular frame work fixed with nuts & bolts including illuminous tape logo, posts embedded in cement concrete complete all as specified and directed with the following details : - (i) Stainless steel tubular frame work. (ii) ACP boards – 2.5 mm thick (iii) Illuminous tape Al for logo (iv) Complete fixing in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type-B-1 incl earthwork complete.

Demolition of PCC in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 CM thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC,1:4:8 type D-2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base includiding finishing even and fair complete all as specified and directed

M&L 60mm thick rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver block conforming to IS-15658-2000,M-35 grade of any section factory made of any tint,over and including 30 mm thic sand cushioning and filling the joint with course sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerb or mud stop,rounded or chamfered on edge including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
