Repair and Renovation of staff quarters building at GhantapadaPS for the year 2025-26

Dismantling G.C.I. or A.C. sheet roofing after carefully removing the bolts and nuts including stacking of the materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead

Providing, fitting , fixing 0.30 mm thick G.C.I. Sheet in roof including fixing of ridges wind ties etc. complete but excluding cost of fitting including drilling holes in wind ties

Wall painting two coats with weather paint of approved shade on wall surface to give an even shade over a coat of primer including cost of brushes and putty including cost of paint scrapping, cleaing rubbing scaffloding with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P and Cess required for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting two coats with plastic Emulsion paint of approved quality & shade on new work to give an even shade with brush to interior walls surface after cleaning the surface including cost of plastic emulsion paint with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with CESS etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering one coat to wall with distemper of approved shade on old work to give an even shade including cost of distemper.

Priming one coat with any approved primer including cost of material & labour.

Painting 2 coats enamel paint with approved paint on new wood work including cost of paint & labour.

Flyash brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth and basements and cemental floor bed plinth molding and similar such types of works with all necessary projections using flyash bricks of (23 cm x 11 cm x 8 cm) size having crushing strength not less than 75Kg. Per Sqcm. Including splays, cutting, circular moulding, chamfering corbelling watering curing for 7 days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost, conveyance of all materials and labour, royalty, cess with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. with all T&P complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

12mm (1/2”) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to out side brick walls after cracking out of the joint including, watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, cess with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties , etc. complete in all respect in all floors as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing fitting fixing of gypsum board ceiling including all fitting cost of all materials all taxes, labout, T & P complete as per direction of Engineer in Charges

Providing fitting fixing of cornice for gypsum board ceiling 4" width of approved quality and approved make conforming to IS with necessary bends etc complete fixed to wall with screw as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including cost of all materials with taxes, labour, T&P etc complete.

Dismantling & removing doors,window & ventilatots including removal of frame ,hinges ,fastening & stacking the same for reuse & removing the debris within 50m lead.
