Dismantling of aluminium partition / windows / ventilators of any size and any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix powder coated aluminium frame for Partition, doors, windows ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix powder coated anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix powder coated aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung / sliding type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55 Kg/ RM including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150 mm long (1 No.), hinges type B-21 100 mm long (2 Nos.), suitable handle (1 No.) complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass of any thickness, size, quality or description from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins / spring clips etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 9 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice lamination, fixed with screws to timber/ aluminium frame work in cup board shutters / aluminium partions including dismantling etc..complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix frosted glass on one side, 4.8 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with rubber beadings suitable for aluminium frame work, in square exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix fixing black/golden colour solar control film 25 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instruction of manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix venetian blinds, vertical type, 100 mm slot width of approved fabric and powder coated aluminium top rails etc complete all as specified, including dismantling old damaged one complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : The colour, design and shade shall be as approved by GE.

Supply and fix Roller blinds, horizontal type, 100 mm slot width of approved fabric and powder coated aluminium top rails etc complete all as specified, including dismantling old damaged one complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : The colour, design and shade shall be as approved by GE.

Material and labour for attending Day to Day complaints of urgent repair works to joineries / refixing of door , fixing of fittings such as door closure, rat tail rod, Butt hinges, Tower bolts, Door Handle, Aldrop, Hasp and staple, door stopper, wire mesh, glass and its putty and any other urgent repair works as directed by JE as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- (i) Services shall be provided for attending and completing complaints on same day on urgent basis by providing technician with safety gadgets, tools and necessary equipments as per govt norms and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) The services provided under this item with necessary technicians(at least one carpenter) during the period 0800 Hrs to 1700 Hrs with 1 hour lunch break on each day shall be measured as One Job for payment purpose.

(iii) The rate quoted under this item shall include provision of technicians as directed above with all necessary tools and plants along with spares such as white cement, silicon or sealant, nails, screws, nuts and bolts as required at site. (iv) All the items required in completion of this job will be supplied under relevant items of this BoQ. (v) In case if services are not attended in any particular day / time penal recovery @ double the quoted rate will be effected from the contractor for that day.

Supply only stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.40mm with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made plain framed panelled, door shutter (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. Material and labour for providing the sealant (pouring grade) in the existing 10mm wide & 40mm deep groove/joint after preparation of joint as per manufacture instructions along with application of primer as per manufacture instructions. (a) Thioflex 600 shall be of M/s FOSROC / MASTERFLEX TM 700i of BASF or equivalent in CIPY. (b) Primer 7E shall be M/s FOSROC or equivalent in BASF / CIPY. NOTE : Application of Epoxy and sealant shall be carried out by authorised applicator of manufacture.

Material and labour for 2mm thick epoxy resin based floor topping after priming the surface solvent base epoxy resin primer designed for maximum absorption and adhesion as per manufacture specification including preparation of floor by wire brushing or light grit blasting to remove laitance, dust and cleaning the same to achieve mechanical key between the floor and coating system and applying epoxy putty mixed with suitable fillers to cover the worn out areas all as specified and directed.

NOTE :- (a) Floor topping shall be Nitoflor SL 2000 of M/s FOSROC / MASTERTOP TM 1215 PLUS of BASF or equivalent in CIPY. (b) Primer shall be Nitoprime 25 of M/s FOSROC or equivalent in BASF / CIPY. (c) Epoxy putty shall be Nitoflor FC 140/150 of M/s FOSROC or equivalent in BASF / CIPY.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new or previously untreated steel surfaces exc. 10 cm in width or girth over a coat of red oxide zince chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint on steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of old painted surface complete all as specified and as directed.
