Supply and laying in replacement of 3 layer PP-R Poly -Proplylene random copolymer pipes of folloowing size, SDR 7.4 UV stabilised and antimicrobial welded having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PPR plain and brass threaded polyproplane random fittings Tees, elbows, bend, reducers, unions etc fixed complete to wall with saddles (snap clips) wall clips, hooks , cealings or in floors and etc complete all as specified.

Supplying & Laying in replacement of GI steel tubing, ISI marked, medium grade of following size in old or new position as in trenches/ walls with necessary fixing arrangements and including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation & earth work for new location shall be measured & paid separetely.

Supply and fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks ,cylindrical vertical with closed top, 1000 litres capacity, tripple layered, hoisted and fixed in position after taking down/out as existing at site(of any capacity) complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply and fixing in replacement PTMT float valve, 25 mm bore with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing PPR Ball valve of following size with long lever handle srewed both ends for PPR pipe and fixed, including taking out unserviceable gate valve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make - ISI Marked as approved.

Supply and fixing in replacement 15 mm bore Bib tap of PTMT, any tint, high pressure screwed for male/ female threaded, for pipe of size 15 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 20 mm bore Bib tap of PTMT, any tint, high pressure screwed for male/ female threaded, for pipe of size 20 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of tank adaptor 25mm size, screwed both ends type for, inlet (01Nos) out Let (01 nos), back wash (01Nos) incl fixing to syntex tank with 25mm union at outlet point and making connections for 25 mm dia PPR pipe. Make - ISI Marked as approved.

M& L for connecting branches with 25x25x 25/20mm tee 01 Nos ,threading of PPR- pipe of size 25/20mm to length 0.6 mtr and providing arrangements for making reducing connections to 15mm for 04 nos taps on the same branch with short nipple, tees, elbows,and socks for both sides , for making horizontal connection by breaking existing walls at side for 4nos Taps and also making existing wall good surface.

M& L for providing Scoff folding working to a height of 20 mtr for making arrangements for fixing provision of 50mm , 25 mm PPR pipe on Exterior walls of DGBR main buuilding ( Four Floors) incl all safety arrangements to the trades man by proving with safety belt ,and proper grouting arrangements to the scufffolding at all raising and distribution pipe lines on existing wall of the main building. Note :- Rates incl Transportaion cost ,Fixing and dismanting of scofffolding at various points of the building at different sides i.e front side, left hand side, main bldg backside , carparking back side , total 8 shiftings at aheight of 20mtr each shift ( Four floor) with safety arrangements.

M&L for Road cutting not exceeding 1.5 metres wide and not exc 1.5 meters deep for laying 50mm PPR pipe line and getting out all Hard/dense soil and also refilling and well ramming after laying the pipe line same all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations filling and mass concrete by filling the road cutting part and also after breaking the walls for pipe line connections including dispoing of the old material from the site all as specified and directed

Disconnecting water pipe line, electric conneciton and taking out submersible pump set of any capacity alongwith column pipe with help of chain pully block using tripad etc any depth as required at site and lowering the submersible pump set after necessary development of bore well etc all as specified and directed at site by the Engr-in- charge

Transportaiton of DTH machine along with tools and accessories at different locatIon in Delhi Cantt area for development of Bore well.

M&L for development with DTH machine to bore well of capacity and size at the pressure 18 kg/sqcm to 22 kg/sqcm by DTH diseal engine driven air compressor of capacity 1200 cfm includiing air pipe and connected items to improve the yield of tube well as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing water proof submersible cable 3 core copper conductor, PVC insulated 1100 volts grade, protected by means of metal clip alongwith the pump body and connected to pump motor through water tight sealing joints including taking out old unserviceable submersible cable complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge of the following sizes:-

Supply & fixing in replacement, jointing and testing of Cast iron Non Return valve 100 mm without by pass arrangement , Swing type, confirming to IS 5312, flanged ends, pressure rating PN 1.0 complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.

Supplying, fixing, jointing & testing cast Iron Sluice Valve 100 mm bore, ISI Marked, flanged ends drilled pressure rating PN-1.0, PD Short body confirming to IS 14846 -2000, having stainless steel spindle with cast iron operation wheel at top including taking out unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply, installation and testing of water meter 40 mm bore, Woltman type class-B, flanged ends, with Nuts, Bolts, washers and rubber gaskets fixing in horizontal/inclind/vertical position, complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Flanged joints with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates.

Supply, installation and testing of water meter 100 mm bore, Woltman type class-B, flanged ends, with Nuts, Bolts, washers and rubber gaskets fixing in horizontal/inclind/vertical position, complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for providing water proof joint for submersible cable 3 core of size 4 sqmm to 10 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Construction of valves pit chamber having intermal dimention 90 cm * 90cm*90 cm (internal height) using PCC (1:4:8) 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation 15 cms. Thick, 23 cm tick wall in CM (1:4), 10mm tick rendering all around the brick work with 1:6 cement mortar, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 coping with 20mm graded aggregate for grouting MS frame including 3mm tick MS top sheet cover with locking arrangement including 50mm pad lock with double key angle iron including painting of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primers including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surpuls soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs all as specified and shwn on drg No CWE (U)/D-1/86 sheet No 1/1 and includung demolition/ dismentling of existing valve chamber as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with coping grouting with MS frame made of angle iron ,casting with RCC and TMT bar 6mm of size 1.2m X 1.0 m X .15 M finisined even and smooth without using extra cement on UG sump complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth for pipe line, etc in soft/ loose soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed not exc 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

An amount of Rs 15826.00 shall be deducted from BOQ on account of schedule of credit
