Operation and Maintenance

Charges for operation and maintenance of Sewage treatment plant (STP -4 MLD capacity) and operating the motors at sewage pump house, collection well during day and night at IIT Madras. This includes operation and maintenance (Routine / preventive) of pumps, all valves, all motors, gear boxes, Auto Coarse bar screen, Auto fine bar screen,all Blowers,Decanters, Ultra filteration units with backwash arrangements, Ozonators,Centrifuge units ,all flow meters and other plants and equipments in the STP including necessary periodic cleaning of tanks ( Tank T1 to T14) as per schedule attached . The contractor shall also carryout mixing of chemicals, apply lubrication of machineries, equipments, motors, gears, gland packing, collecting treated / untreated sewage samples, maintaining log books, registers and complete operate and maintenance of the STP as per the manufacturers operation and maintenance manuals. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of labour charge for un-install and re-installation of motors, valves, pumps supply of chemicals for sewage treatment and other equipments and machineries in the STP but excluding the cost of Electricity, material for break down, painting of equipments / plants, material cost for replacement / repair of parts and components of the STP which will be arranged by IITM as and when required.

Supplying and fixing EDI make EPDM( Ethylene Propylene Diene Mononer) - 110mm dia,1359mm long fine bubble membrane diffuser with model EDI-84219900 ( Flex air) with an area of 0.245m2 with necessary SS Clamp suitable for the SBR basin as and when required and as instructed by Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing of 150mm dia CI Non Return Valve(Make:L&T/Kirloskar) with Stainless steel disc etc complete.

Servicing of twin lobe Air Blower at Collection well and Balancing tank with CI body(SWAM make),Capacity : 250 m3/hr,Head : 5500 mmwc, the blower servicing shall include overhauling, repairing, replacing of spare parts, blower bearings,all rings,bushes,dynamic balancing ,fixing of alignment, including loading, transportation from plant to workshop& back, unloading, re-fixing, necessary all sort of technician/labour charges etc all complete. The contractor shall have to do the maintainance work with out affecting the regular operation of the plant.

Servicing of Fine bar screen at inlet chamber of main plant (Make: Auric fine screen) GVF 600×2500×6mm/Gear box motor model -VF w-49 110 vfci 230 p80/Motor brand: BONFIGLIOLI/Model no:ITC-0160, the service of fine bar screen shall includes gear box, motor, and chain etc complete including loading, transportation from plant to workshop& back, unloading, re-fixing, necessary all sort of technician/labour charges etc all complete.

Servicing of Decanter at SBR basin with screw jack make- ALBERT, model: A-4851 Gampern,Type SGT50/24-S with gear Spindle SGT B9904022 and gear box motor make Nord, model: SK63/SK180J(three phase),type P1011 drive systems including replacing of spare parts and labour charges etc complete and as directed by Engineer in charge. .,

Supplying and fixing of auto lubricant 125ml SIMA Lube for Decanter at SBR basin.

Supplying and fixing of capacitive level switches/sensor for Decanter of SBR basin ( make :Balluff ) with model BCS 000ZC , SS mould:1.4301, 61mm long , maximum range 4mm, protection class IP68, voltage : 24Volt DC, current 50mA ,Polycorbonate terminal base of 100x100x75mm, vertical/inclined mounting orientation including connection & commissioning and labour charges etc complete.

Servicing of motorized electric actuators at SBR Basin for flow control with make of Rotork/2B41270101,102,103,104/type:K150 F10 E. This service includes of electric actuators servicing,overhauling, replacing of spareparts, electrical connections,switches,all rings,bushes, including loading, transportation from plant to service centre & back, unloading, fixing in original position , technician/labour charges etc all complete.

Servicing of twin lobe Air Blower for SBR main basin with CI body, capacity : 1200 Nm3/hr,Head : 6000 mmwc,type :Rotary Twin Lobe Blower - 000-1510343 , Make & Model: Swam/ RM-180AC 'J'/1500rpm,Motor: 50Hp/Crompton-NADP97942/1475 rpm and the blower servicing shall include overhauling, repairing, replacing of spare parts, blower bearings,all rings,bushes,dynamic balancing ,fixing of alignment, including loading, transportation from plant to service workshop & back, unloading, re-fixing, necessary all sort of technician/labour charges etc all complete. The contractor shall have to do the maintainance work with out affecting the regular operation of the plant.

Supplying and fixing of SS-304, 200 mm dia and 1000 mm long Basket strainer with 25/50 micron SS mesh at Ultra filtration unit with necessary fixtures and fasterners.

Supplying and fixing of pneumatic electric actuator at Ultrafiltration unit with make of ROTEX,mechanical switch x2/Normal open+Normal closing , model: MLSB-WP-01,switch: Honeywell ZM,Rating: AC 250V3A,125V5A, DC250V0.2A,12V0.4A with mounting bracket VDI/VDE 3845IS05211, material: Aluminum pressure die cast and fixing in original position , technician/labour charges etc all complete.
