Supply, install, testing and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 30 KVA 3 phase 4 wire, 0.8 power factor, 50 HZ, 1500 RPM self excited self regulated brushless AC generator installed including AMF panel, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms and foundation etc. suitable for ambient condition and conforming to condition under ISO 3046, IS:10001/10002, BS 5514/5000 with capacity of 10% overloading for one hour in every twelve hour duration and including the following accessories: (a) Alternator: Synchronous Alternator rated at 30 KVA suitable for continuous operation at 1500 RPM generating 415 V at 0.8 PF (lag) sultable for 50 Hz, three phase, 4 wire system. The alternator shall be brushless, single bearing, self excited/self regulated with an AVR. The alternator will be suitable for climate and shall generally confirm to IS: 4722: 2001. The salient features of the Altemator are: (a) +/-1% voltage regulation (max) in static conditions. (b) IP: 23 protections with class 'H' insulation. (c) Permanent lubricating bearing. (b) Diesel Engine: Adequate capacity of diesel engine water cooled to drive independently above alternator and after considering de-rating as per site conditions after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories directly coupled through flexible coupling multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per latest CPCB IV + norms compliance upto latest amendment complete with standard accessories.

BOQ Item No 1.00 Contd/... (c) Acoustic Enclosure: Acoustic enclosure shall be powder coated and fabricated out of 16 SWG CRCA MS sheet. The silent canopy shall be of nut bolt type construction. Critical processes of punching is done on CNC machines to maintain dimensional accuracy of holes within 0.1 mm. Powder coating is done after seven tank surface preparation process of sheet metal. Canopy panel and doors shall have inside lining of fire - retardant foam as acoustic material & Rock wool for hot zone. Adequate hinged doors shall be provided to canopy, one door shall have glass window for control panel visibility. (d) AMF Panel: Automatic mains failure (AMF) panel made of CRCA sheet of 2 mm thick including necessary arrangement to install testing commisioning & connecting to load cable up to changeover switch, suitable capacity of 4 Pole MCCB complete all as per OEM recommendation. (e) Civil Works:- All civil works including PCC platform and related foundation including for panel and equipments including making good for distributed area during installation and commissioning of DG SET. The depth and size of the foundation and PCC as recommended by the OEM. Note: (i) The Contractor shall be arrange for artificial resistive load inclusive of 08 Hrs for testing of DG set at site and cost is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) If any technical left out points/specifications as mention above but required for efficient working of DG Set shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply, layingand testing of XLPE Insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 50 Sqmm x 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed .

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr width and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning using dry and clean tibba sand in two layers, first layers of 80 mm thick before laying of cable and second layer of 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches/ducts including consolidation upto 180mm thick complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness only will be measured and paid.

Supply and laying well burnt/ fire brick of size 230 x 115 x 75mm locally available best quality, sub-class bricks laid in trenches perpendicular to UG cable as cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning , filling in incl spreading, leveling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed as a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed.

S&F GI tubing 40mm bore ,light grade for cable protection,laid under the road/path/along the pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting the road/hard standing and making good disturbed surface by using PCC type C2 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate for the fixing the pipe complete all as directed.
