Dismantling any type corrugated or semi corrugated sheets as in roof covering incl. ridges & removing from site complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating (AZ-70) GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick in any colour and patteren as approved by the GE of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent plain coloured sheeting with side lap, fixed with ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hook, bolts, nuts, bituminous washer, self tapping screws as in roof, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing poly carbonate multiwall coloured sheets as approved, 8mm thick as in roofs with adequate size steel screws, washers, nuts, aluminium strip/ flat etc as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Make of sheet shall be GE POLYCARBONATE/TUFF LIGHT.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing for Steel work in tubular trusses and tubular posts including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 t complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends, or edges of landings etc. and cutting chases for concealed water tubing, concealed conduit wiring, etc, and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth, in brick walls, complete all as specified.

Material and labour preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 100mm thick providing cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation, mass concrete etc., complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing, factory made glazed / polished chequered cement concrete tiles 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick (with grey cement and pigments), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, including dismantling of old tile and removal of debris complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour chequered cement concrete tiles (endura tiles) 300x300x10mm thick as in floor, set and jointed in neat slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, including dismantling of old tile and removal of debris all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. makes: somany(Dura stone ), HR Johnson ,(Endura) or equivalent as approved by the GE.

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggs) as in roof padding, roof kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix concrete interlocking paver block, with grey cement and no pigment, design as approved, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 40 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, and including laid over 25mm thick sand cushioning, block complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix concrete interlocking paver block, with grey cement and no pigment, design as approved, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, and including laid over 25mm thick sand cushioning, block complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and Fixing mild steel work as in iron post / posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250)quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing of 3.00 mm dia galvanized steel wire, size of mesh as approved complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Fixing included under item No 25 here-in-before. (ii) Unit weight (weight per sqm) of chain link fencing shall be derived as per site through a BOO appointed by GE in presence of Contractor's authorised rep and shall be kept in record.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal exc 5cm but n.xc 10cm long, diameter of shank 11 to 15mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length fixed in chain link fencing complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: - Each line wire to be measured).

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain including use and waste necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour, Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm grade crushed stone aggregate as in coping, bed plates / blocks, lintel band etc., including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

Material and Labour brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

De-silting and cleaning by taking out mud/sludge, vegetation growlh Cum 60 Of etc, from drain beds of any depth in foul condition and confined places, getting out and removing the mud/sludge to a distance exc 250m and n exc 500 m and deposited where directed with and including taking off drain covers and refixing the same after cleaning/de-silting of mud/sludge of any description / size, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC on brick wall or on concrete surfaces and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement and including and providing necessary scaffolding , safety precautions and other requisite arrangements as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed. NOTE : water proofing compound to be measured and paid separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI Marked) complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour mild steel high strength deformed bar TMT 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending etc binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete any thickness in any position complete all as specified.

Material and labour precast reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using (20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in precast drain cover, size as per site requirement fixing in position complete including use and waste of necessary form work all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for factory made RCC (Medium duty), M-35 reinforcement steel as per IS 456, pre cast man hole covers of size 1200mm x 600mm x 100mm with plain faces, including MS frame, set in position complete all as specified. NOTE : The rates quoted against items 44 shall be inclusive of steel reinforcement, MS frame complete

Material and labour for 25mm thick precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in louvers or jallies (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling of existing old jallies and removal of debris complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in posts of size 100mm x 100mm x 750mm between RCC jalli, fixed on boundary wall including cutting holes into the brick wall and embedding the post in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 and making good the distrubed surface in cement mortar 1:3 to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).
