Clearing the Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burrying and burning etc., km 0/0-3/9

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out km 0/0-3/9

Picking the existing BT surface including all labour charges etc. km 0/0-3/9

Providing and Laying Red Gravel side berms including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at optimum moisture content and hire & fuel charges for power roller , water sprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing danger lights etc, complete.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete. Km 0/0-0/6

Providing and laying PRIME COAT over the WMM surface using 7.00 Kg of Bituminous Emulsion SS I for 10 sqm. Including cost of bituminous emulsion including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying prime coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification. km 0/0-3/9

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., km 0/0-3/9

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25, 30/40 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5 km 0/0-3/9

Construction of Hardbed 0/1430-0/1490

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank with intial lead and lifts and all other incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, baling out water, forming protective bunds, coffer dam wherever necessary for dressing the bed below sill level etc., complete for foundation. As per SS20B

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved sources to site including labour for mixing, laying and watering, curing and compacting the concrete and labour for form work and all other incidental charges such as baling out water providing protective bunds, cofferdams etc complete for foundation concrete.

Cement concrete1:3:6 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved sources to site including labour charges for form work and centering labour charges compacting curing and all other incidental charges etc complete.

Supply and erecting centering for sides and sofits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m. height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild sheets of sixe 90 cm. x 60 cm.and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25 m. x 25 mm. x 3 mm. for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10 cm. x 6.5 cm. dia spaced at about 90 m. centre to centre etc., complete and complying with standard specification and as directed for the following items. Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at exoansion and construction joint only plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a pepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade,) coarse

Towards the charges for routine maintenance of the road work executed under Bharat Nirman including dressing of bermsby refilling the gully with form berms, desilting of side drains and CD works , Whitewashing guardstones, painting of KM & HM stones,Parapets, cutting of breaches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones , caution boards, speed limit boards etc with the periodiocity for the above actitvities as prescribed in IRC SP 20-2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectiufied by the contractor at his own cost.
