S&F in repairs Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and fixed to any type of standard rails straining bolts incl securing or tying at crossing with and provn of Galvanised MS wire complete.

S&F in repair Punched tape concertina coil 1000mm dia or any other coil size of any type of standards,rails etc including provision of mild steel(annealed) binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Dismatling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel work in framed work such as in doors or gates grills, gratings,framed guard bars,ladders etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes and similar work confirming to Fe-410-O as in framed and hung gates including pintle hinges,stops,hand made sliding bolts etc and similar work confirming to Fe-410-W complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new mild steel painted surfaces applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer exc 10 cm width or girth complete all as spcified.

M&L for preparation of old mild steel painted surfaces applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint exceeding 10 cm width or girth complete all as spcified. Note:- (i) Existing concertina coil/barbed wire/Flat iron shall be taken down carefully for painting and will be refixed after painting. (ii) concertina coil/barbed wire/flat iron shall be refixed on the same day after completion of painting work. (iii) paint shall be carried out by spray machine complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old mild steel painted surfaces applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint not exceeding 10 cm width or girth complete all as spcified. Hacking out old broken glass(any thickness, size,quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out glazing pins/ spring clips and providing and fixing new ones complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of sheet glass 4mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of sheet glass 5.5mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness(below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 75mm thick 1:4:8 type D-2(40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base finishing rough without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B-2(40mm graded aggregate) as in floor finishing rough without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for screed bed or bedding layer of cement 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm,fixed with tinned tacks of galvanized wire staple etc complete all as specified and directed in wooden and steel frames complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 including rendering to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 20mm cement screed base in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.
