Providing two legged scaffolding using 48.30mm dia heavy duty MS pipe over all height of 3.00m the distance between 2 legs being 1.25m and the spacing of the post being 2m in each rows and providing platform with C.W. planks using 40mm thick silver oak and 1.00m wide in complete form with horizontal bracings @ 1.50m c/c vertical direction and with cross bracings using same 48.30mm dia including cutting, threading assembly with red oxide primer, labour charges cost of speicals such on large plate, shoe, carcher, coupling, bolt and nut transportation charges and handling charges. The bottom of vertical post shall rest on 300x300x70mm 1:2:4 concrete base as per the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Repairing damaged terrace tile area & removing all existing paint, and cleaning the surface and filling the tile joints with Dr fixit roof seal ,apply one coat primer as a protection coating & to make the surface strong. followed by two top coat of Dr fixit roof seal water proofing coating. The rate including material, scaffolding,Epoxy tile grout, and labour cost for making groove between the tile joint, etc.,complete complying with standared specification and as directed by the department officers ar site work.

Dismantling the brick work for rain water outlet and making groove over the cracks found in the wall to find out the cracked portion and cleaning the cracks with proper tools. Filling the crack portion with Dr.fixit crack filler and applying 2 coats of Brush bond water proof coating with neat finish. Coving the floor wall joint, plastering and mixing with liquid water proofing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer.

Supplying and fixing the damaged terracotta terrace tile of size 230mm x 230mm, including labour cost etc., ,complete complying with standared specification and as directed by the department officers ar site work.

Making groove over the cracks found in the wall to find out the cracked portion and cleaning the cracks with proper tools. FIlling the crack portion with Dr fixit crack filler,and applying 2 coats of Dr fixit Rain coat, Damp proof coating with neat finish. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer.

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.0 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position PVC specials of the following dia and types of approved quality confirming to BIS and providing leak proof joints including fixing to the walls and giving connection to the PVC soil stacks, dismantling the masonry or RCC works and re-doing the dismantled portion to original condition etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The PVC specials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing the pvc connection (Heavy Duty) of best quality etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing the pvc wash basin hose of best quality etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing and fixing Angle Cock with new one of approved quality Metro or Equal Brand and approved make including labour for fixing in position etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supplying and fixing in position 15mm dia brass CP screw down tap / Pillar tap (heavy duty) of approved make conforming to BIS specifications and quality including cost of shellac, thread, etc., complete complying with standard specification and including cutting and threading wherever necessary. (Taps should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on the works)

Supplying and fixing Health faucet with Two way bib cock tap with flexible hose 15mm dia parryware of approved quality and make including labour charges for fixing in position etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.
