Supply and laying in trenches Bricks, sub class 'B' over burnt (kiln burnt) old size bricks, laid flat dry with width of the bricks laid to the axis of the cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Laying only in trenches Old serviceable bricks obtained from taking out old unserviceable XLPE cable, laid flat dry with width of the bricks laid to the axis of the cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Chipping of unsound /weak concrete materials of 50mm average thickness from slabs , beams, columns ,lintel,chajja, fin , facia etc. by any means including tapering all edges, making square shoulders of cavities air or sand blasting etc and cleaning of exposed concrete surface of lightly picking materials by air blasting or sand blasting incl foreign matrials , loose concrete/aggregate etc and disposal of all debris out of MOD land and complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 21.00 here-in-before but for 30mm average thickness for beam/lintel complete all as specified and as directed.

Drilling 20mm dia holes in RCC slab, wall, column, beams to a depth of 200mm for anchoring steel reinforcement bars including washing with water, inserting polyster resin, grout in holes as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Removing rust from existing corroded reinforcement by any means and application of Rust Remover such as Hind Rust Clean (M/s Hindcon) or equivalent from M/s Pidilite/Fosroc and then washing the same to make the reinforcement scale free complete all as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge Note : Payment to be made on exposed RCC area

Application of anticorrosive paint such as Hind Anti Rust (M/s Hindcon) or equivalent from M/s Pidilite/Forsoc on cleaned reinforcement as per manufacturer's specification complete including labour and material as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
