Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (Table 400.1) By MIX in Place Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.(iii) For Grading I Material 4.1.B(i)

Providing PCC M-200 in nominal mix of (1:1.5:3) in foundation and plinth with approved qality of stone chips 20mm to 6mm size graded and clean coarse of F.M 2.5 to 3 including ,mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in position ,vibrating,striking,curing,taxes and royality all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. 5.3.1.1

Centering and shuttering including strutting,proping etc and removal of form for foundation all complete as per direction of E/I. 5.3.17.1

Providing and filling joint sealing compound as per drawings and technical specifications with coarse sand and 6% bitumen by weight 14.18 (iv)

Earth filling in foundation trenches and a plinth in layers not exceeding 150mm thick well watered, rammed, fully compacted and fine dressed with earth……do…….as per E/I. 5.1.7
