Dismantlling of 04 No Hot Water Radiators along with 20mm dia MS "C" class piping installed in Personal Section of the Administrator, Associated Hospitals(02 No) and Pathalogy Department(02 No) by way of cutting the pipes in required lengths to take them out from the room and store in the boiler house of the GMC in supervision of Section/Engineer In charge. The job includes making the end of the piping blind by means of arc welding. (Pipe length approx. 10 Mtrs). The job further includes refitting of the radiators after the renovation of the room is completed.
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 20mm dia Mild Steel class 'C' ERW pipes of following diameters with fittings like tees, elbows, bends, junctions, unions, flanges etc. The job encompasses coating the M.S pipe line with two coats of primer
Providing and fixing of 25mm thick insulation ,Thermally bonded Polyster fibre based 1000gsm fire proof insulation/Polyethylene foam with UV barrier of thickness as mentione below (Mikron make)
Providing and fitting of 20mm radiator valve along with necessary fittings viz nipples etc
