Returning, filling in trenches in any kind soil in layers not exc. 25 cm after laying of cables including spreading, levelling, and well ramming complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & lay common burnt, clay building bricks, Sub class 'B' designation over the sand cushioning in cable trenched for protection of cables (LT) complete all as specified and as directed

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

M&L straight through joints (heat shrinkable type) cable joint kit including jointing materials for making joints of UG electric cable 1100 volt grade heavy duty with PVC/XLPE insulated aluminium conductor nominal cross sectional area 50 to 70 sqmm 3.5 / 4.0 core and testing complete all as specefied and as directed including dismantling / removing unserviceable joint kits.

M&L for fault locating at LT UG Cable of size 3.5 core 50 / 95 / 120 / 150 / 185 Sqmm by removing the both ends of the cable and locating the fault with HIPOT (HIGH POTENTIAL) elect cable fault locater of TSSPDCL and arrange neccesary manpower for execavating the fault area and rectifying the fault with serviceable cable etc including earth work as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Additional length of cable, if required (Maximum 5.0 RM) shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted but the cost of joints and labour for jointing will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply & Laying Low Density Poly Ethylene (LDPE) flexible pipe of following dia and of pressure rating 6 Kg/cm² laid inside the P.C.C. coping of poles for easy bending and passing of cables including clamping in a proper way complete all as specified and as directed for the following :-

M&L for cutting of road / hard standing upto 0.3 m in depth and 0.45 m wide for laying of cable protection pipe including refilling, watering, well ramming and finishing with PCC 1:2:4 and matching with surroundings, removing the broken P.C.C / road materials and clearing the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs cable junction box 200 x 160 x 98 mm in size, made out of thermoplastic, having IP 65 protection for outdoor installation fixed with 4 way bakelite cable terminals including 03 Nos polymide gland with check nut (M-32-02 N0 N0 & M- 25 -01 N0 ) fixed on poles with aluminium clamps of size 25 x 3, unts, bolts, washers etc., including taking out of old unserviceable cable junction box complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Cat No . K-9250 of HENSEL or equivalent in SPELSBERG / RITTAL.

M&L for light grade galvanized pipe ISI marked with all fitting ISI marked, laid in trenches, under road or fixing on wall / pole/ crossing nallah etc of bore 100 mm complete all as specified and as directed including taking out unserviceable pipe.

Demolition & dismantling Cement concrete plateform on floor of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in platform, filling and mass concrete, coping to pole for embedding stay road all as specified, including necessary form work and applying two coats of white wash to exposed surface of coping / platform complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 mix using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for pole foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 mix using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for fixing stay wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Suply & fixing perforated cable tray, made of 2.0 mm Galvanized Steel sheet, duly bended to required shape by sheet bending machine, including cover, made of 1.2mm thick Plain Galvanized Steel sheet duly screwed with the cable tray and duly fixed on the wall / ceilings including suitable Galvanized Steel brackets or hanging from the ceiling with suitable suspender as required at site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer -in Charge including taking out / dismantling existing unserviceable cable tray for the following sizes :-

(a) 100 mm (4 inch) width

(b) 150 mm (6 inch) width

(c) 200 mm (8 inch) width

(d) 250 mm (10 inch) width

M&L for Repairing of panel boards / busbar of any size by removing of incomer/out going cables and connecting the same with same size of new lugs , nut bolts & welded the damgaged / broken portion making all doors to freely operatable by using grease and painting of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer for metal surface of panels / busbar surface area etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for one coat of Aluminium paint over the exisiting steel tubular poles 7.5/9.20 mtrs above ground including cross arms/ bracings/ clamps etc complete all as specified after cleaning the existing poles and making good surface and surrounding and writing the pole numbers with white letters on black background all / stickers complete all as specifeid and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for painting to PSC poles of height 7.0 to 9.20 mtr above ground with two coats of cement based paint above ground and two coats of aluminium paint on cross arms/ bracings/ clamps etc complete all as specified after cleaning the existing poles and making good surface and surrounding and writing the pole numbers with white/Black letters on black background complete all as specifeid and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section with painting of one primer coat and under coat and one finishing coat including nuts, bolts, washers, drilling holes for bolts in any shapes or size all as directed and including taking out unserviceable material complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling / taking down unserviceable cross arms, bracings, support, clamp including nuts, bolts and washers complete.

Dismanling PCC and removing of old steel pole and Supply and fix steel tubular swaged poles complete with CI base plate and finial taper , plugs bolts, nuts and screw as specifed type410 SP-31 (9.0 meter long) including applying two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 3 Pole power contactor of AC 3 duty rating of 63 amps having 240 volts rated no volt coil and having 2 NO (Normally open) + 2 NC (Normally closed) configuration- 01 No complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Auxilary contact ,2 No 0.5 module having 240 volts rated complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC insulated, sheathed,flat twin core cable with stranded aluminium conductor of size 2.5 sqmm drawn through inside the steel pole duly connected with the light fitting and cable junction box complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismanling PCC and removing of old pre-stressd concrete pole and Material and labour for pre-stressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, 102mm x 172mm at top and 12mm x 279mm at bottom, class 10 complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge including taking out old PSC pole of any description. Note :- Excavation, Earthwork, PCC foundation, copping etc will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for stringing and fixing in position ACSR conductor in OH lines conductor (Squirrel / Weasel / Rabbit) including binding with aluminium wire complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling unserviceable ACSR conductor. .

Dismantling and Re Stringing / Fixing only in position of sagged ACSR conductors in over Head lines conductor (squirrel / wessel / Rabbit) including binding with Aluminium wire complete after replacement of existing unserviceable insulators, removing and refixing of UG Cables / service wires to the ACSR conductor complete all as specified and as directed.
