Dismantling water tank exceeding 500 ltr and not exceeding 1000 Ltr capacity of tank and considered under schedule of credit.

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment including cement bedding & PCC padding of any description and of any thickness and removal of unserviceable debris out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening of old concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry at the rate of 3.0 Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm thick graded stone aggregate, averaging 25 mm thick as in levelling course , and finished to receive plastering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over levelling course when the concrete is green , mixed with WPC and finished even and smooth without using extra cement. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

Preparing the surface thoroughly to remove all loose particles, direct/dust particles and applying blown grade bitumen VG 10 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm confirming to IS 702 over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltrs/sqm followed by APP membrane reinforced with polyester non woven fabric 3 mm thick weighing not less than 3.6 kg/sqm laid on primed surface by forced torch application followed by a finishing coat of solar reflective aluminium painting @ 0.10 kg /sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Glazed ceramic coloured tile in vertical surfaces 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4.

S&F Mild steel angle iron purlins, rafters & post etc confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde F-250) quality B.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Supplying and laying of 20 mm outer dia of CPVC pipe SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floor complete all as specified.
