Removal of existing Roof treatment of any type including the weathering course of any depth provided in any type of concrete by demolition till the mother concrete old R.C.C Roof top is visible and removal of the top coating/bitumen/lime concrete track from the roof so that the old concrete top surfaces is fully clam/fresh to receive any further new treatment.This rate including complete work as specified above including removal of the debris from the roof top and cleaning the area neat & clean, removal of the debris to a location specified ( not less than 1km from the site) and filing the low laying area including spreading the heaps to a have unifrom surface which will not affect the flow of water to nearly low being area/catchment area.

Material and labour for providing a cement concrete layer average thickness 55mm using B0 type concrete and finishing the surface.
