M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C-I 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cast in situ reinfoced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in cement mortar (1:6) work for landings, drain cover slabs, manholes, chajjas, water troughs, manger shleves and similar articles with plain faces including formwork and removal of framworks complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in cement mortar (1:6) work for landings, cover slabs, manholes, chajjas, water troughs, manger shleves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 6 to 10mm dia and over cut to length bent shape as required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-S complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel works as in doors or gates of angle or other sectons with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled, welded etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging Fe-410 W(GdeE-250) quality A also fastening and fixing complete.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated steel surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia, barbs at 75 mm spacing and strained and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, etc. all as directed. Note- each line wire to be measured.

S&F in repairs wire barbed tape concertina coil wire of 50 turn having core wire of high carbon spring steel of high tensile strength and a carbon steel strip of 20mm width, 0.5mm thick having razor sharp barbs punched tape and core wire hot dip galvanized.

M&L for PCC of type D2, 1:4:8 using (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 100mm thick as in sub base,sub floor,paving and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L ready mix M30 PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floor aprons, cills etc laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed pre-cast concrete interlocking coloured paver block and shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment laid dry over stone dust or sand base and compacted using vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed pre-cast concrete interlocking coloured paver block and shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment laid dry over stone dust or sand base and compacted using vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with in equal proportions & no pigments with red and yellow colour including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor finish complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick on stone walls etc including raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L for prepration of old plastered / decorated surfaces of walls & applying one coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces and removal of vegitation and fill with smart care putty complete all as specified and directed

M&L for precast cement concrete drain with cover of size 300mmx450mm thickness not less then 55mm and cover thickness not less then 100mm perforated type and pattern as approved the load capacity not less then 40T set in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of old drain with pcc and excavation, leveling, refilling, loading, unloading, also including 100mm thick pcc readymix bed concret width not less then 60cm and make the surface as before ,removing the excaveted material our side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L desilting and cleaning the open drain of any size/shape/depth by removing, waste, night soil, sludge mechanically or manually with all necessary precaution as per rule in vouge as directed including depositing the sludge by excavation with any depth with necessary arrangement to avoid adours such as refilling excavated earth on dposited sludge and removing surplus soil to a distance out side MOD area and deposited where directed complete all as specified. Note :- For purpose of measurement and payment EACH TIME of the cleaning of drain shall be considered.
