Preventive Maintenance, Inspection and Servicing of Portable Steam Generator including complete descaling of boiler chamber; cleaning of heating elements; inspection and testing of pressure gauge, pressure switch, safety valve, water level controller, steam outlet assembly and electrical controls; checking of piping joints and steam leakage; tightening of electrical and mechanical connections; flushing of boiler, calibration of operating pressure and trial operation as per OEM recommendations.

Preventive Maintenance, Inspection and Servicing of 2 HP Air Compressor including draining of condensate from receiver tank; cleaning/replacement of intake air filter; inspection of compressor oil level and topping up/replacement wherever required; checking drive belts, pulleys and motor alignment; inspection of pressure switch, pressure gauge, safety valve, non-return valve and air receiver; tightening of electrical terminals; leak testing of compressed air circuit; lubrication of moving components; performance testing and successful trial run.

Providing Consumables for Preventive Maintenance including supply and use of OEM-approved compressor oil, high-temperature grease, descaling chemicals, contact cleaner, electrical cleaning spray, rust remover, insulation tape, cable ties, sealing compounds, cleaning solvents, cotton waste, lint-free cloths, fasteners and other miscellaneous consumables required for completion of preventive maintenance works, complete in all respects.
