Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4. type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors etc finished even and smooth wihtout using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:3 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete vertical surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20 - 25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing machine cut kota stone slab 20 - 25 mm thick, as skirting, over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block masony with solid blocks of precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), exc 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc for flat fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on stone/ PCC block/ brick wall or top of chajja including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris to outside of INS Mandovi area including filling of open joints in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers in cement mortar 1:3, 10 mm thick first layer and 5 mm thick outer layer mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces, priming with alkali resistant priming paint, applying 1 mm thick wall care putty wherever required and distempering with two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old wall surfaces, priming with alkali resistant priming paint, applying 1 mm thick wall care putty wherever required and distempering with two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preperation of old decorative wall surfaces, ceiling cornices etc by brooming, scrapping down dust particle, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efforescent salts etc, making surface smooth by applying ready mix putty where ever required and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior paint including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock, returning, filling in ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n. exc 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/integrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses, columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases), including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; copings, kneelers, apex stones, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc in Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161- 1979 grade St. 240 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.50mm thick, of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk), forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment confirming to Fe 410-W(Gde-E-250) Quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

S & F aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4 mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

S & F wire netting of stainless steel wire 1.4 mm dia and size of mesh 25 mm fixed with tinned tacks of stainless steel wire staples, including necessary frame of steel complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC coated heavy duty steel wire for hanging clothes/ clothesline/ washing line etc. including all connected items comlete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

M & L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm 1100 volts grade single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor confirming to IS-694, Part II, ISI marked, drawn through and including medium grade PVC conduit/ casing capping of size not less than 25mm dia, ISI marked with all accessories, concealed in /fixed on wall, sunken switch / terminal box 1.12 mm thick, suitable for 3mm thick laminated hylem sheet or plastic masonite laqminated sheet top cover fixed with chromium plated brass screws for fixing switches, sockets, regulators etc., and including providing 1.5 sqmm 1100 volts grade single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor in green colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for one light point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of cutting chasis in wall/ floor/ ceiling and making good disturbed surface with PCC work and paint etc.

M & L for point wiring complete with 2.5 Sqmm 1100 volts grade single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor confirming to IS-694, Part II, ISI marked, drawn through and including medium grade PVC conduit/ casing capping of size not less than 25mm dia, ISI marked with all accessories, concealed in /fixed on wall, sunken switch / terminal box 1.12 mm thick, suitable for 3mm thick laminated hylem sheet or plastic masonite laqminated sheet top cover fixed with chromium plated brass screws for fixing switches, sockets, regulators etc., and including providing 2.5 sqmm 1100 volts grade single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor in green colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for one switch socket combination, 3 pin socket outlet, 15 Amp on independent board complete all as specified and directed. M & L for submain wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm single core multistranded PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts with copper conductor and one run of 4 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts with copper conductor as continuous earth wire drawn through and including suitable size of rigid PVC conduit with accessories duly concealed in wall/ ceiling including making good disturbed surface, painting to match with existing surfaces as required and connecting to existing main switch board/ distribution board and testing on completion including taking down old submain wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two runs of 4 Sqmm cable, one run of 4 Sqmm earth wire and one run of conduit shall be measured as unit length.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level, with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to 4mm dia GI earth wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel including neccessary earthwork and excavation in any strata, PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C2, 20 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection of earth strip and GI wire, chamber cover etc all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including connections with earth testing point complete all as specified and directed. Note: On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, earthing shall be redone at no extra cost.
