Repair and Maintenance of R.I. Office cum-Res at Govindpalli in the District of Malkangiri for the year 2026-27

Dismantling and removing 2.5cm th grading concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and ramming the debris with in 50m lead etc with all labour, T&P and cess, required for the work and etc. complete in all respect and as per the direction of the EIC.

Removing old grading plaster from roof slab cleaning the surface and removing the debries within 50mt lead etc.complete.

6mm. thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:4) to RCC surfaces finished smooth including closed deep chipping and slurry treatment.

Iron work wrought ,put up in trusses and hoisting joists,trusses and placing in position including cost of all materials T&P required etc complete.

Providing, fitting and fixing of GCI sheets in roof including drilling holes in wind ties & fixing of ridges, vallies,wind ties etc. including cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the EIC..

Flyash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) using flyash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75kg/m2,immersing the bricks in water before use, splays cutting, circular moulding , corbelling etc.including cost of conveyance ,taxes & royalties, loading and unloading of all materials & cost of all labours ,materials, scaffolding ,watering & curing ,sundries, T & P etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with cost of all labour,labour cess, T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.
