Supply and fixing heavy duty exhaust fan AC single phase 230/240 V of size 300 mm sweep 1400 RPM with louver & shutter including connecting electrically to ceiling rose using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor cable of size 0.75 sqmm 3 core and necessary grouting on wall complete and making good the wall surface after fixing of exhaust fan all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing exhaust fan of size 250 mm sweep made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding including connecting electrically to ceiling rose using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor cable of size 0.75 sqmm 3 core and necessary grouting on wall complete and making good the wall surface after fixing of exhaust fan all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note : Old unserviceable Exhaust fan is to be deposited to MES store yard.

Material and labour Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to earth lead wire 4 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts washers and check nuts of steel/GI duly protected with 20 mm bore light grade pipe upto main board , 20mm bore watering pipe light grade with CI/MS funnel and wire mesh including excavation , earth work in any type of soil and removing the surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr, add charcoal dust and common salt as diirectred by the Engr-in-charge all as shown in electrical plate No. 03 of SSR part-I 2009 having pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x6mm grouted in PCC pit for CI cover of required size, funnel with wire mesh complete and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling taking out carefully old/unserviceable UG cable any type any size from trenches/poles/ducts/LT panels after dismentling ends from OH conductors/MCCBs/joint boxes for relaying/refixing or carrying to store for Sch of Credit.

Supply, laying testing and connecting 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electrical cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade laid in trenches/ducts/wall or through pipe with suitable size of cable glands, crimping type cable lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Ditto as per Ser No 116, but of size 35 x 3.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for excavation in trenches in any type of soil, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, laying of cables and getting out complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for tubing GI light grade 50 mm bore laid in trenches, ducts, floor for protection of cable, fixed to wall or poles including fixing arrangement all as required and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement of LED street light fitting 100 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure diecast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Ditto as per Ser No 45, but of size 122 watt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fabrication, supply, installation and testing of LT feeder pillar box floor mounted dust/vermin proof outdoor type, powder coated of size 0.60x0.85x0.50 mtr factory fabricated , made out of MS sheet of thickness 3.15 mm mounted on angle iron legs made out of angle iron of size 40x40x6 mm within front & rear opening with locking arrangement , containing bus bar chamber to accommodate 3 phase & 1 neutral copper busbar of size 20x10mm drilled with suitables holes for fixing of cables and mounted on epoxy based insulator in horizontal position (stepped manner) in feeder pillar including necessary excavation and PCC work 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, fix and laying of DWC pipe of size 50/38 mm dia (outer dia) with coupler including passing the LT Cables of size 16-70 sqmm through the DWC pipe in trench/duct/on wall (with clamp) for protection of cable all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fix and laying of DWC pipe of size 90/75 mm dia (outer dia) with coupler including passing the LT Cables of size 70-95 sqmm through the DWC pipe for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Gun metal globe or gate valve iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of bore of 20 mm and length as required on site or directed by engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour in replacement for construction of valve pit brick masonry internal size 600x600x600mm (from top of PCC to bottom of cover ) including excavation in any type of soil returning, filling in around foundation and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundation brick work in cement mortar 1:6, 6mm thick plaster in cement morter 1:4 to internal surface covered pit with MS sheet over 2 mm thick with locking arrangement, handle fixing arrangement and painting with aluminium paint two coats over a coat of red oxide primer all as per specified and as dircted by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of copper strip of size 20x3 mm complete with saddles/ insulators made out of PVC or fibre and fixing screws for roof conductor/down conductor including welding or brazing for joints all as required at site or as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of air termination single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long Note :- All accessories pre wired with suitable size copper conductor cable and cable gland/lugs etc, proper arrangements for proper ventilation with provn of connecting earthing at both sides of panel board including making necessary arrangements for fixing all as required at site and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour in replacement for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75X75X6mm drilled and screwed including 03 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI tubing light grade 25 mm dia, cut to size and bent to shape all as required at site including fixing arrangement with necessary clamps of required size at site and providing appropriate size of insulators to pipe from foundation of air termination rod complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600x600x3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to copper Strip of size 20x3 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts washers and check nuts of steel/GI duly protected with 40 mm bore light grade pipe upto main board , 20mm bore watering pipe light grade with CI/MS funnel and wire mesh including excavation , earth work in any type of soil and removing the surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr, add charcoal dust and common salt after mixing with BFC (Back Fill Compound) inadeqate quantity as recommended by the manufacturer or as diirectred by the Engr-in-charge all as shown in electrical plate No. 03 of SSR part-I 2009 having pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x6mm grouted in PCC pit for CI cover of required size, funnel with wire mesh complete and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
