Earth work excavation by mechanical means(hydraulic excavator)/manual means in hard rock by chiselling (blasting prohibited) in foundation, trenches etc. including shoring, shrutting wherever required bailing/pumping of water, leveling the bottom of excavation and stacking the excavated material at places as directed within a lead of 2 kms as per drawings and specifications (Only stack measurement will be made and paid for)

Dismantling the existing old works at all levels including required scaffolding , tools, labours, disposal of unserviceable materials up to a lead of 2.00 Km etc complete as per drawings and specifications

Brick masonry

RCC works including cutting the reinforcement bars with required machineries etc

Providing and laying 230mm thick dry stone pitching using 230mm thick random rubble stones including preparation of bed in proper slope and spreading locally available earth over pitching to fill up the gaps as binding material etc., complete

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6, using 40 mm and down graded stone aggregate at all height including mechanical mixing, leveling, compaction, vibrating, finishing smooth the exposed surfaces of concrete, curing etc complete as per drawings and standard specifications.

Providing and laying M20/M25 Design mix concrete with cement content up to 350kg/Cum using 20mm and down graded stone aggregates including Mixing ,Ramming, Compaction, leveling, curing, placing at all lifts, including scaffolding and Finishing smooth all exposed faces complete as per specification.

Providing cutting ,bending placing and tying mild steel, high yield steel reinforcement in RCC works including providing spacer blocks in CM 1:2, binding wires etc.complete at all elevations as per drawings and specifications including dewatering wherever necessary etc complete as per drawings and specifications

Providing, fabricating and erection of Structural steel members made out of M.S. angles, flats, plates, pipes, channels, tubes, rods etc conforming to relevant IS etc., including cost of welding, welding rods, drilling holes, bolts/nuts wherever required and providing and applying two or more coats of approved quality synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate yellow primer etc., as per drawings and specifications

Providing expansion joint treatment for the existing buildings by cleaning the joint free from dust and loose particles and providing one coat of Dr.Fixit Pidiprime A (or like approved makes in SIKA/FOSROC/ROFF) penetrating primer coat use a closed cell polyethylene U foam board and rod as a back up material and applying Pidiseal PS 41G for Vertical points and retaining walls, Pidiseal PS 42P for horizontal joints, including applying two parts elastomeric sealant based on a liquid polysulfide polymer, flexible rubber seal for joint treatment for base coat (30mm width and 10mm deep expansion joints), Prime seal coat and three coat of Mew Coat heavy duty acrylic water proofing coating system etc complete including cost of materials, labours, tools, required scaffolding etc complete all as per manufacturers mix and application specifications (This item may be got executed by specialized water proofing agents duly approved by NPCIL and 10 years joint guarantee for water proofing is required to be submitted).

Providing ,placing in position and removing Form work for all insitu concrete works including scaffolding etc., complete at all elevations as per drawing and specification (measurement for form work shall be the area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces)

Providing and application of Bitumen Painting using approved quality bitumen paint in two coats over RCC footings, stub columns and beams etc as per drawings and specifications

Plastering of external faces of brick work/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:4, 20 mm thick including scaffolding, curing, forming grooves, plaster bands, border, keystone etc wherever required all as per drawings and specifications

Providing and applying exterior emulsion paint of ACE of ASIAN/ Promise of ICI DULUX/Wall masta of LEWIS BERGER/ Atom 2 in 1 of NIPPON make & shade in two or more coast over a coat of approved primer to give an even shade as per manufacturer's instruction to the external plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces, scaffolding etc. at all elevations, complete as per drawings and specifications

Providing and laying 20mm thick (+-2mm) polished Natural granite slab of approved colour as below, for platform/flooring/wall cladding and other surfaces as directed with all exposed surfaces buffed, making half/full round nosing, set over a base of cement mortar 1:4, 20 mm thick neatly pointed with white cement and colouring pigments to match the shade of the stone as per the requirement, curing, rubbing, polishing, etc complete as per drawings and specifications

Granite Slab : Lakshmi red

Providing and Fixing semi unitized structural glazing fixed (glazing visible from exterior surface) using 6mm thick toughened heat strengthened reflective type glass of SAINT GOBAIN / AIS / MODI make or other approved makes including tools & tackles and transportation.

Providing and Fixing Powder coated (50 micron black or bronze) Aluminium doors, hinged / sliding windows & ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285 powder coated to the required shade, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with Fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including filling up of gap at junctions, at top, at bottom and sides with required PVC / Neoprene felt etc, aluminium sections are smooth rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required, sections are prepared to receive the glass or particle board of specified thickness, including aluminium snap beading, CP brass / stainless steel screws, providing and Fixing all powder coated fixtures and fittings all complete as per drawings and specifications

Providing, Fixing and testing PVC rain water pipes of 110 mm dia as per IS-13592 of Type A of "Prince/Jain/ Kitec/Finolex/Supreme" make with necessary fittings and fixtures, such as bottom shoe, PVC grating, GI clamps, screws/nails, wooden packing pieces at minimum 1 m spacing, cost inclusive of Fixing the shoes in brick masonry in CM 1:6 and plastering the same with CM 1:4 etc complete all as per drawings and specifications

Supply PVC rain water pipes of 110 mm dia as per IS-13592 of Type A of "Prince/Jain/ Kitec/Finolex/Supreme" make with necessary fittings and fixtures, such as bottom shoe, PVC grating, GI clamps, screws/nails, wooden packing pieces

Providing, Fixing and testing PVC rain water pipes of 110 mm dia wooden packing pieces at minimum 1 m spacing, cost inclusive of Fixing the shoes in brick masonry in CM 1:6 and plastering the same with CM 1:4 etc complete all as per drawings and specifications

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of MRL type 6 passenger Lift of suitable for 3 Floors ( G+2) as per specifications. Scope includes Design, procurement, transportation, installation, commissioning, testing , getting CEA clearence, providing lift licence and maintenance of Lift for one year after the acceptance by NPCIL. Required illumination to be provided in the lift shaft and necessary power supply arrangement for the lift as per specification is in the scope of NPCIL

Primary wiring:- For lighting, ceiling fan, and bulkhead fitting points, supply and wiring for point with two + one (earth-green) runs of 1.5sq.mm (22/0.3)1100V grade FRLS insulated single core multi strand Copper conductor wire (Make:RR cables/KEI/Havells/Glosters) (without joint) drawn into the existing PVC conduit (inclusive of Providing and laying of PVC conduits while concreting), complete with angle / batten lamp holder or ceiling rose, 5 Amps modular type. Switch including pulling the wire from existing switch box to lighting point through the conduit and connecting at both ends.(Providing of the box ,grid plate and the cover plate are not covered under this item.). All items such as 1.5sq.mm (22/0.3) Copper FRLS insulated wire, 6 Amps switch, 3 Plate ceiling rose, hylam sheet for JBs, necessary electrical components for wiring works (wherever applicable) shall be provided by the contractor as per the requirement. Secondary wiring:- For lighting, 6A sockets supply and wiring for point with two + one (earth-green) runs of 1.5sq.mm (22/0.3)1100V grade FRLS insulated single core multi strand Copper conductor wire (Make:RR cables/KEI/Havells/Glosters) (without joint) drawn into the existing PVC conduit (inclusive of Providing and laying of PVC conduits while concreting), complete with angle / batten lamp holder or ceiling rose, 5 Amps modular type .Switch box to lighting point through the conduit and connecting at both ends.(supply of the box ,grid plate and the cover plate are not covered under this item Providing of the box ,grid plate and the cover plate are not covered under this item.). All items such as 1.5sq.mm (22/0.3) Copper FRLS insulated wire, 6 Amps switch, 3 Plate ceiling rose, hylam sheet for JBs, necessary electrical components for wiring works (wherever applicable) shall be provided by the contractor as per the site requirement. Supply and installation of 9W LED bulk head light fitting with lamp .(Make:Havells/Crompton/Philips)

Supply and installation of Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm X 600mm X 3mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and water pipe of 2.7 meter long with charcoal/coak and salt etc. as required

Supply and Laying of 25mm x 5mm copper strip at 0.50 meter below groung level as strip earth electrode,including connection termination with nut , bolt, spring, washer etc. as required.( jointing shal be done by overlapping with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm. .

POWER CABLE: Supply of power cable 1100 V, 4C x 16 sq.mm stranded compacted circular aluminum conductor, XLPE insulated, cores laid up, extruded PVC inner sheath, galvanized steel flat strip armoured and overall extruded PVC sheathed cable conforming to IS 7098(part1)/1988.(Make:RR cables/KEI/Havells/Glosters)

Laying of PVC Insulated and PVC Sheathed /XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size(upto 35 Sq mm) direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required

6 MODULE: Supply & installation of concealed in wall mounting 6 Modular switch board with covered plate comprising. (Switches are covered in the Point wiring ) (Make: Legrand Mylinc/ MK India /Havells/Schneider) all as directed by Engineer.
