Comprehensive periodical servicing, repair , maint on monthly basis (minimum twice in a month) visting the site of AFS Mohanbari for smooth proper functioning of the street / flood / High bay lights / Post Top lamp / wellglass fittings/Perimeter light located at any height of pole / walls/ any location including checking, dismanteling, servicing, cleaning, removing dust or dirt and repairing of fittings by replacing defective parts for the trouble free and efficient functioning and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) LED Drivers, Surge protection device, FR PVC cable for connection, GI brackets etc shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of this schedule. (ii) Minor parts like insulation tape, cotton waste, nuts, screw etc shall be deemed to be included in the item quoted rates.

M&L for repairing and rewinding of High mast motor of capacity upto 3 HP/2.4 KW of any make/model, including removal of existing burnt windings completely and carefully from the slots, cleaning the slots thoroughly with necessary cleaning agent, applying slot insulation and rewinding with super enameled copper wire of existing guage complete including dismantling and re-assembling of starter, rotor, blades etc all as complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate is inclusive of transportation to and fro from MES store/site to civil workshop.

M&L for cleaning the swaged steel tubural street light pole 9 / 11 meters height including GI pipe of street light fitting and prepare surfaces cleaning including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/dust/ rust carefully and applying two coat of aluminium paint and marking of zebra crossings up to a height of 1.5m above the coping with blue and white strips of synthetic enamel paint including writing of pole numbers and two coats colour washing of PCC coping complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation or for trenches for laying underground cables, poles, stay assemblies,pipes and getting out in soft/ loose Soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation or for trenches for laying GI pipes, cables, pole, stay used for cable protection and getting out in hard/ dense Soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning/ filling including spreading, levelling and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring/ drilling (horizontally) hole manually under existing road, pavement, hard standing (maximum 10mtr in width) suitable for passing GI tubing upto 40 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread sand in cable trenches and providing cushioning for the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Only punned thickness of 18cm will be measured for the purpose of payment.

Supply and laying burnt brick sub class 'B' of size 230 x115 x75mm for protection of cable, laying in trenches including taking out old complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Pipes in repairs galvanized iron Light grade for cable protection of size 25 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Pipes in repairs galvanized iron Light grade for cable protection of size 40 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old serviceable/ unserviceable cable of size 2/4 core, up to 16 sqmm of any make/ type and keeping aside for the purpose of rerouting/ relaying in new location/ for requisite replacement/ further disposal complete including taking out bricks complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L in repair LT UG cable of size 2 core 10 Sqmm aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and sheathed armoured, heavy duty 1100 volts in trenches/poles/surface and connecting with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair LT UG cable of size 4 core 16 Sqmm aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and sheathed armoured, heavy duty 1100 volts in trenches/poles/surface and connecting with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Re-laying of serviceable (as obtained from taking out) cable of size 2/4 core up to 16 sqmm of any make/ type inclung making electrical complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for Straight through joint suitable for cable size 4 core 6 sqmm to 16 sqmm LT UG cable with necessary jointing materials and ferrule including cutting unserviceable portion of cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of Rigid non metallic PVC conduit of dia 20 mm including of all tee, bends, elbows, reducers, and fixing such as couplers lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks ccomplete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of HOT moulded (FRP) SMC jucntion box for street light pole with locking arrangementt hinged door with IP -65 protection of size 205 x 255 X 112 with 32 Amp 4 way heavy duty terminal block with 10 Amps MCB SP and two steel bracket to fix with pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring 2 runs of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS cable multistranded copper conductor 1100 V grade flameproof conforming to IS drawn through and including suitable dia stove enamelled ERW MS conduit ISI marked and conduit accessories fixed on wall/ ceiling/floors for flameproof application connected upto DB and 1.5 sqmm copper earth wire for earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly including taking down old complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 3 runs of 1.5 sqmm cable and one length of MS conduit shall be measured as one length.
