M&L for complete removal of existing decorative treatment of any description on walls, roof projections, facias, cornices etc and applying a layer of wall care putty min 1 mm thick and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on prepared surfaces of walls of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, cornices, pillars etc and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, cornices, pillars etc and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick work or concrete surfaces of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water and M&L for 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:6), finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.
