Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed. 3rd floor
Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars. In ground floor including roof. 3rd floor
Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. 3rd floor

Cleaning the concrete surface by removing dirt and debris, marking defective locations and removing loose concrete by careful stripping untill hard surface is exposed, cutting the concrete to regular shape, wire brushing the exposed surface and removing debris from site complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge. 3rd floor

Themicroconcrete should achieve a compressive strength not less than 10 MPaafter 24 hours. 40 Mpaafter 7 days and 50Mpa aftre 28 days at 300C.It should have unrestrained xpansion in between 1 to 4%. flexural strength shall not be less than 5MPaafter 28 days. Roof treatment by application of ready-to-use, non toxic, water based, cold applied, single component, elastomeric in-situ seamless minilithic, acrylic modified bituminous liquid waterproofing membrane (Tarfelt LM or any other equivalent product) after preparing the surface by cleaning and repairing the roof ceacks by cement & sand morter (1:4), preferably with anti-shrinkage morter (repair by morter to be paid separably), if any.
