Supplying and laying of 2 core 16 Sq Mm weatherproof aluminium wire, PVC sheathed PVC insulated, including providing interconnections at the main distribution panel in power room, near the DB, for extending the supply from quarter 1 to 5, providing aluminium clips/ PVC tags along with GI wire for mechanical strength wherever required, making good the damages done etc as required.

SH-II :- Dismantling works. Dismantling of following type air conditioning units, indoor and outdoor unit in case of split units, from conference hall, DGM chamber, GM chamber, DGM finance, DGM admin section etc. including shifting all the units to ground floor, a) Split type AC units

b) Window type AC units

c) Industrial plug and socket

d) 4kVA voltage stabilizer

Dismantling of the following type of fittings/ switch boards from the ceiling/ surface of wall etc. including disconnecting the supply removing the component, providing tape to the wires etc as required. (UPS boards shall contain 4 switches, 4 socket, and switch board shall contain ceiling fan regulator, 1 socket and control switches

Dismantling of all UPS DB's from 1st, 2nd, 3rd floors, UPS room, including disconnecting the power supply, removing the DB, insulating the open cable, shifting the same to ground floor.

Dismantling of old cash counter table power supply by removing all switch boards, power supply cables, LAN wires etc in main telephone exchange, etc as required

Removal of LAN switch mounting rack from the surface of wall, removing of all installed switches, routers, disconnecting the power supply, LAN wires, handing over the same to the JTO computers etc as required

Dismantling, shifting and re fixing as per site conditions of existing computer power supply boxes consisting of 3Nos switches & 3Nos sockets including testing and commissioning etc., as required.

Dismantling of all the ceiling fans in all the floors from ground to 3rd floor and shifting the same to the telephone exchange, etc as required.

Dismantling all the fittings from the celing / on the surface of wall and shifting the same to the main telephone exchange etc as required.

Dismantling and removing of exhaust fan from the ventilators/ window grills, disconnecting the power supply, removal of nuts and bolts, shifting all the material to ground floor etc., as required. a) 18" Exhaust fan

b) 12" Exhaust fan

Dismantling of audio system along with mic, power supply cords, LAN cables, HDMI cables, removing speakers, amplifiers and handing over the same to the incharge etc as required.

Removal of 2No of DC cables of size 90 Sqmm single core from the CM section room, the route of the cable is from first floor -> planning section -> BDM room -> Ground floor -> battery room ->Power plant room, the cable is to be removed from the cable trays and hand over the cable to the exchange incharge in good working condition.

Removal of all old recovered LAN cables from the planning section room, disconnecting the power supply from power cables etc. handing over the wires to JTO incharge etc., as required

Tansport of material from the ground floor to the main telephone exchange 2nd and 1st floor including hiring labour for transport, loading and unloading and vehicle for transport etc., as required the work is to be carried out in two phases. (Office will be shifted in 2 phases, ground and first and later 2nd and third as the material is recovered in two phases)

SH-III :- ITC of recovered Items. Installation testing and commissioning of old recovered switch boards consisting of 1No socket along with control switch, ceiling fan regulator and control switchs, on the existing wall / partition including making good etc as required.

Installation testing and commissioning of old recovered switch rack suitable for mounting the router, switch, including extending power supply to the rack, making holes for mouting the same, making good the damages done etc as required.

ITC of ceiling fan including wiring the down rods of standard length (up to 30 cm) with 1.5 Sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable including providing and fixing phenolic laminated sheet cover on the fan box etc., as required.

Fixing of existing 20 W retrofit LED tube in the existing T8 FL Tube fitting including modifying the internal wiring of the fitting etc., as required.

Fixing of old recovered single phase DB on the surface of wall including making hole for mounting the same, making good the damages done etc., a required.

SH-IV :- ITC of Split AC units. Installation testing and commissioning of 1.5TR Split type AC units in suitable location including fixing of indoor unit on wall/ existing angle iron stand, out-door unit on the wall/ existing angle iron frame, laying of existing copper pipe lines, leak testing, gas releasing, interconnections, making opening in wall, making good the damages, etc, as required. (Conference hall-5Nos, GM Chamber-2Nos, DGM Chamber-1 No.)

Supplying and fixing extra copper pipe line both 1/4" for liquid line and 5/8" for vapour line with PVC flexible pipe including providing foaming along the gas line necessary clamping etc, as required.

Providing and fixing of 25mm PVC pipe for drain of AC unit including clamping etc., as required.

Supplying and laying 3Core 2.5Sqmm flexible copper wire along with refrigerant pipe etc, as required.

Supplying and fixing of 2" dia steel reinforced flexible pipe for mechanical protection of the copper refrigerant pipe provided along with the split ac unit etc., as required.
