PROVISION OF HIGH MAST LIGHTS AT CERTAIN LOCATION AT 18 WING AIR FORCE STATION PATHANKOT

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the ground level/starting point compalete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to the under ground electric cable complete all as specified considering 19.75 of SSR part -I

M/L Sub Class 'B' brick covering protection to the eletric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified

M&L for cutting existing road/hard standing not exc 30x30 cm in wide & depth getting out excavated material for laying cable/GI tube, returning filling & well rammaing watering finish suraface 10 cm from top using PCC 1:3:6; including removal of surplase soil

Supplying and fixing nominal bore, 40 mm light grade, Galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing, complete with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with suitable mild steel clamps , bolts, nuts and washers as for cable proction complete all as specified and directed for followig sizes. (Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule):-

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 Core 35 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

( The rate included for earth work , PCC for erecting Fedder Pillar box) (vi)Foundation :-Construction of suitable shallow foundation as per High Mast OEM reccomendation with M 20 grade concrete for high mast consedrering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 Sq mtrs depth . The rate for excavation for built foundation , PCC deemed to be included in quoted rate. The contractor should submit the foundation drawing recommended by OEM for approval of Accepting Officer before execution complete all as specified.(vii)Trailing Cable:- PVC Insulated PVC Sheathed 1100 Volts grade ISI marked multistranded copper conductor cable 10 Core 06 Sqmm (viii)Flood Light Luminaires :-Nine numbers LED Flood light luminaires having a nominal system lumen output of 24000 lumens at a minimum system efficancy of 120 lumnes per watts a total power consumption not more than 200 watt including driver Nine lights in each High mast. It has a rated system life time of 50000 to 70000 burning hours at L 70 and should have a colour tempreature of 5600 to 6500 K complete all as specified and directed.
