COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF ETP PLANT AT CHAF BANGALORE

Supply and applying bio-culture catalyst which meets CPCB (Central Pollution control Board ) norms for maintainance of the ETP to ensure the quality of treated water and long life of the plant (Bio Culture catalyst is very important material for ETP to increase the filteration efficency of Soil media of wetland ) as all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Collection of effluent samples from treated water and carrying out of the following set of tests from KSPCB approved laboratory and submitting the results in triplicate inclduing necessary transporattaion charges all as specified and as directed a) Potential of Hydrogen (pH) b) Bio-chemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) c) Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) d)Turbidity e) Total Suspended Solids(TSS) f) Coliforms Micro Biological Density Note:- Contractor has to collect and submit Sample every alternative month to Auth-laboratory, and collection of report and submission of the same to the Engineer Incharge.

Taking out filter media gravels 20 to 40 mm carefully from ETP wetland filter bed and depositing at a distance not less 50 mtr where directed and Re-use of cleaned gravels washing /cleaning with using suitable chemical washing and free from any silt, foreign material etc and refilling gravel grade wise to the bed of filtration plant complete all as specified and directed.Location:ETP plant at CHAFB.

M & L in replacement of metals of beds of ETP plant (Aggregate 2 to 8 mm size) including taking down and refixing the existing UPVC distributor lines on top of biowet land soil media for replacing aggregate beds all as specied and directed.

M & L in replacement of metals of beds of ETP plant (Aggregate 8 to 20 mm size) including taking down and refixing the existing UPVC distributor lines on top of bio wetland soil media for replacing aggregate beds all as specied and directed.

M & L for provn of plantation in bed surface of ETP plant complete all as specified and directed at site . Note:- 1 nos Sapling = 1 nos (Rose or eqivalent plant)

M & L for taking down and fixing of uPVC pipe of size 25mm of pressure rating 10 Kgf/Cm2 laid in surface/trenches/laid on ground complete, including drilling holes on pipes for watering at a distance as specified and directed with connected items.

M & L for taking down and fixing of uPVC pipe of size 50mm of pressure rating 10 Kgf/Cm2 laid in surface/trenches/laid on ground complete including drilling holes on pipes for watering at a distance as specified and directed with connected items.

S & F in replacement of CI Foot valve, ISI marked, 100mm bore, flanged and drilled and fixed with bolts and nuts and washers including providing rubber gasket, mseal, with suitable thickness all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Non-return/Reflux valve (NRV) with Bypass arrangement, cast iron body, ISI marked, conforming to IS-5312, 100 mm bore, flanged and drilled and fixed with bolts and nuts and washers suitable for suction line including providing rubber gasket of suitable thickness complete all as specified and as directed with necessary connected work .

M & L for Disconnecting/ Dismantling & Removing the burnt out 1.5/2.0 HP submercible pump set, transport to the workshop, servicing, rewinding the motor stator, with proper guage copper enemalled insulating wire, with varnishing, painting, greasing of bearing, cleaning, new gland packing and suitable capacitors etc and reassemble the same, test and commissioning in original position after completion of job all specified and directed at site

M & L for Disconnecting/ Dismantling & Removing the burnt out 7.5 HP pump set, transport to the workshop, servicing, rewinding the motor stator, with proper guage copper enemalled insulating wire, with varnishing, painting, greasing of bearing, cleaning, new gland packing and suitable capacitors etc and reassemble the same, test and commissioning in original position after completion of job all specified and directed at site.

M & L for Disconnecting/ Dismantling & Removing the burnt out 12.5 HP pump set, transport to the workshop, servicing, rewinding the motor stator, with proper guage copper enemalled insulating wire, with varnishing, painting, greasing of bearing, cleaning, new gland packing and suitable capacitors etc and reassemble the same, test and commissioning in original position after completion of job all specified and directed at site.

S & F in replacement of DOL Starter rating 1.5/2 HP , 3ø , 415 V with Adj OL Relay , in existing location at site, testing and commissioning as per site specifications and as directed at site

S & F in replacement of fully automatic Star Delta Starter with single phase preventer and adjustable OL Relay of rating 7.5 HP,3ø ,415V in existing panel at site, testing and commissioning as per site specifications and as directed at site.

S & F in replacement of fully automatic Star Delta Starter with single phase preventer and adjustable OL Relay of rating 12.5 HP, 3ø, 415V in existing panel at site, testing and commissioning as per site specifications and as directed at site.

S & F in replacement of Submersible cable flat copper four core 4 Sq mm including laying and all with connected work Make: Havells/Finolex/Polycab or Equivalent.

S & F in replacement of Submersible cable flat copper four core 2.5 Sq mm including laying and all with connected work Make: Havells/Finolex/Polycab or Equivalent.

M & L for removing old paint by paint removers of burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrappers any no of coats, any width or girth and preparation of old painted surfaces with priming and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces, steel angles including danger Notice board, LT Pannel, Notice for Not drinking water board, pumpsets, pipelines, chamber covers, pathway etc, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate for coping of and platform incl. necessary form work fair and finishing without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for De-watering, removing all mosses, algae and dirt from internal walls, floors & mouths of pipes of RCC /under ground sump by using steel wire brush and cleaning with high pressure industrial vaccum sucking machine cleaner including removing of Effluent sludge water completely using High speed vaccum sludge pump set and disposing off the same to a safe distance outside the unit with the permission of BWSSB authorities and applying of anti bacterial sterilization spray to internal surfaces using Zero bacterial compound (Sodium hypochlorte) or equivalent approved chemical complete and writing the date of cleaning on outside of tank/ sump using synthetic enamel paint of white colour over black background with letters of size 100mm height x 100mm breadth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge, for ETP SUMP measuring 5m x 8m x 3m of 1,20,000 Litres Cap.

All as per SI item No 21 above but for ETP UG SUMP measuring 4m x 8m x 3m of 96,000 Liters capacity

All as per SI item No 21 above but for ETP UG Sump measuring 5m x 8m x 3.25m of 1,30,000 litres capacity

All as per SI item No 21 above but for ETP UG sump measuring 9m x 8m x 3.25m of 2,36,000 litres capacity.

Taking down old unsv pressure gauge from position and S & F new pressure guage of nominal dia 25 mm, 0-10 Kgf/cm2 rating of ISO 4064 Class B complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of uPVC pipe gate valve of pressure rating 10 Kgf/Cm2 laid in surface/trenches/laid on ground complete connected items of size 25mm including joining & jointing materials complete all as specified and directed

M & L in replacement of HDPE Double wall corrugated (DWC)Pipes of size 100mm dia conforming IS -14930 ISI Marked complete including all connected items of size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of PVC tap with collor and connected items of size 25mm including joining & jointing materials all as specified and directed.

M & L notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white colour with letter " NOT FOR DRINKING" and fixed with MS clamps, nuts and bolts of approved size of HT 25 x 20 cm size complete all as specified and directed
