Amount

Excavation over areas, n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete, all as directed.

Excavation over areas exc 1.5m but n.exc 3.0m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Supply and stacking only graded crushed stone aggregate of lime stone/ sand stone/ trap/ basalt/ flint or quartzite of grade-I (90 to 40mm size) at work site complete all specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- Material shall be stacked at site immediately after date of commencement of work for use as and when required.

Labour only for providing crater filling in 1450mm depth (compacted thickness in four layer) with graded crushed stone aggregates of grading I (90 to 40mm size) duly compacted with vibrocompaction in layers not exceeding 300mm thick in each layer, complete all specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- Stone aggregates stacked under srl item No. 3 mentioned above shall be used for laying crater filling sub base.

M&L for 400mm thick (compacted thickness) wet mix mecadam (WMM) as per table 400 II of MORTH, IRC specification (in two layers each layer of 100mm thick) compacted seperately with crushed stone of specified grading, rolled and compacted using vibrator roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of grade VG-10 at 10kg per 10 sqm meter over WMM surface, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of grade VG-10 at 5 kg per 10 sqm meter over bitumenious surface, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for 150mm thick bitumenious premix dense asphaltic concrete (DAC Gde I with minimum marshal stability as 1200 Kg) laid in three layer of 50mm each compacted thickness with 6% binder using paving bitumen content (VG-30) and minimum 2% of cement filler mixed by weight of total mix, rolled with vibrator roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Dense asphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designed as specified and binder content shall be provided as per design mix. The contractor shall quote his unit rate considering the bitumen content as 6%. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted at the rate of Rs.50.00 per kg of binder. No adjustment in price shall be made if the variation is on plus side.

Removing excavated soil/material exc. 250m but not exc. 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified. Note for item No 1 to 9 above: (i) The Contractor shall be ready 24 hours (day/night) at any time to execute above items, at any point and location of Air Force campus of 19 Wing Borjhar. (ii) The above mentioned items of work shall be carried out in short notice at any time (day/night) and to be completed within maximum 10 hrs from the time task intimated to contractor being operational requirement. (iii) The Contractor Should have his own T&P as required to complete the above work. (iv) If the contractor fails to complete the task within above mentioned time, penalty @ Rs. 50,000.00 per hour will be recovered from his dues.
