Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards any thickness and in any position including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5.00mm thick single side prelaminated PVC sheet inclusive of insolvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all as specified and as directed . Note:-The quoted rate shall be deemed for taking down of existing switch board / tube light etc and re-fixing the as same location.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame complete all as specified and as directed

S&F PVC beading fixed with adhesive paste all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PVC wall profile for wall panelling of size250mm wide,08mm over all thick with 1mm wall thickness fixed with screw fixed of wall, complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. Note:- Colour and shade shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge before procurement of materials.

M&L for PVC profile corner beading L/T type for wall panelling, colour/shade shall be match to wall panelling complete,all as specified and as directed by EIC.

S&F 605mm x 605mm GI snap grid frame work for false ceiling and 4 mm thick HPSC BOARD of approved make, fixed or laid/ inserted to Aluminium framework with screws as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Design and colour shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge before procurement of materials.

M&L for 10 mm thick Vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade double charged (square/recangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.42 Sqm but not exceeding 1.00sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base with and incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 laid jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing grinding & mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding/backing,removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450X300X7mm thick fixed on wall/vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and riser to steps etc including 10mm thick 1:4 cement mortar backing coat on wall/vertical finish, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all complete as directed by EIC.

M&L Dholpur stone cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size exceeding 0.5 sqm area fixed with and including one number SS clamps (grade - 202) of flat-30mm X 2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs 25 mm dia stainless steel curtain rods , chromium plated with fixing brackets, side knobs stopper, rollers etc.complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair acrylic coated/vinyl coated décor washable wallpaper ,printed and treated with a coating for durability and washability/scrubbability incl removing of old wallpaper cleaning/making smooth wall for even aesthetic fixture of wallpaper,all as per manufacturers instruction and as specified and directed by EIC

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Providing and fixing factory made UPVC any colour casement (Openable) Door made of extruded profile with wall thickness of 2.3mm ( + -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, frame (60mm x 58mm), sash (60mm x 78mm). T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x74mm). Glazing bead (35mm x (20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling ol holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket 1.2 + -0.2mm thick galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), sash (31mm x 27mm), T profile (27mm x 17mm) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall wilh 8mm x 100mm long fasteners. Hardware: [casement door handle made of zinc alloyed (white powder coated). Corner striker. Secondary Strikers. Cylinder. Door transmission gear made of mild sleel with multi point locking system with strikes. 3D Hinges of zinc alloyed (white powder coated) [and 8mm thick toughened glass (plain / frosted) etc complete all as specified and firected. Note- Rate quoted by contractorshall be deemed to include the cost of incl glass and other connected accesseories.
