Providing and crimping of various copper tube lugs (Dowells/ Action/ or any other reputed make) with tapping, insulation as under: 90 sq. mm for fitting of above shifted control panel

Replacement of Driving End (DE) bearing of horizontal electric motor by way of:Disconnecting all leads from motor and marking the terminals, uncoupling of motor from the pump. Opening the end cover of DE bearing housing. Carefully extracting the old damaged bearing from the housing with the help of bearing puller, etc and fitting of new bearing in its place. Refitting back of motor parts, coupling and alignment with the pump. The job includes testing of motor on load. 60HP upto 200 HP (90 HP Motor)

Supply of new bearing as under: 6314 (Make: SKF imported/ equivalent imported)

Electrical repairs 100 HP Manual Oil Immersed ATS Starter Isolating and disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing leads from autotransformer starter. Draining out transformer oil from the oil tank and collecting in a suitable vessel. Taking out the damaged autotransformer coil assembly from oil tank. The Job excludes the cost of material

Fitting of autotransformer coil assembly in the starter oil tank, refilling of collected t.oil in the tank, reconnecting all leads and load testing of the starter.The Job excludes the cost of material

Replacement of Long/fixed contact point as per sample

Replacement of Short/movable contact point as per sample

Providing of transformer oil conforming to IS 335 for ATS Tank and contact point Tank (Preferred make: Indian Oil Servo/ HPCL)

Dismantling of 33/0.4 kv or 11/0.4kV transformer by way of disconnecting of all HT and LT connections, opening of top lid, draining out of T. Oil and its safe placement for further refilling, taking out of coils after removal of core assembly, etc. Job also includes detaching of core HV/LV coils. >50 kVA upto 100 kVA

Providing and fitting of finished new aluminium wire windings with insulation in place of damaged windings including labour costs, etc., (HV/ LV) - per kg of winding. 4 coils = 4 kg x 4

Credit value of Scrap Aluminium

Rewinding with re-insulation of existing aluminium conductors (LV) by way of providing and replacement of inter-layer insulation - per kg of winding.

Providing and fitting of metal part stem with allied fittings of transformer bushings (HV/ LV) as under: Brass

Providing and fitting of Hot dipped galvanised MS nuts, bolts and washers of assorted sizes

Filtration of existing/ reclaimed T-oil on site at suitable temperature (inclusive of all logistics and charges for filtration plant, etc) (Process loss maximum of 5% allowed)

Complete assembling of 33/0.4 kv or 11/0.4kV transformer after cleaning of tank, fitting of coil assembly in the tank. Job further includes closing of the transformer lid by way of fitting of existing nuts/bolts and gaskets, insulators, etc. Refilling of t.oil upto required level in tank. Reconnecting of HT/ LT connections and testing
