Demolition of brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar of any description including quoins,arches,pillars,etc., all as directed.

M & L for brick work with Cement Mortar1:6 using sub class 'B' bricks,old size , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius all as specified and directed.

All As per item no 2 before but except bricks.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick stone or concrete walls surfaces including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubing down with water etc up to 10m height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces or other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces firnished een and smooth without using extra cement up to hieght of four storey ,including scaffolding complete.

M&L rendering 10mm thick on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L 5mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 , as in ceiling, finsihed the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for applying two coats of oil bond destember over one coat of birla white wall care putty on newly plastered surfaces(internal) of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surface of wall and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over 2mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr- in-charge.

Dismantling false ceiling boards any description and in any position incl frame work.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid of size 600 X 600mm frame work for false ceiling all as specified .

S&F hangers 2mm dia G I (upto 1200mm length) asjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G I flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long.

M&L decorative false ceiling with 8mm thick calcium silicate board of silicious and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600mmX600mm grid (frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid seprately).

Material and labour for aluminium alloy Powder coated standard 10mm section and opening of size window grill as per approved sample and as per IS specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness .The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame and fixing with ancher bolts all as specified and as directed.

S & F 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames.

Dismentling asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof fixed with L hook or cranked bolt.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description such as guard bars, grills etc.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L providing and applying Smartcare Dampproof, a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with reinforcing acrylic fibers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on horizontal/vertical surfaces of roof/wall/chajas in multiple coats @2.0 litre/sqm. Primary [coat is self-priming coat of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1, damp proof : water) and other coats to be applied undiluted. The coating needs to be reinforced with 40 GSM geotextile, to sandwiched between 2nd & 3rd coat of coating. The application shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Material shall be procured from manufacturer and work shall be got executed through authorised applicator. Note rate quoted up to G+2 bldg including scaffolding .

M&L for preparation of old decoreated external wall / internal wall/Ceiling surface of existing treatment by scrapping with TruCare Wall Sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7”/9” to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible up to 8 storey bldg complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr- in-charge. Note :- 1. Stage for prepration of surfaces shall be got approved from GE before applying the finishes. 2. Material shall be procured from manufacturer and work shall be got executed through authorised applicator. Note rate quoted up to G+2 bldg including scaffolding .

M& L for preparing the entire surface with applying 2-3 mm thick birla/ JK wall care putty on walls and ceiling surface finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparing the entire surface with applying priming surface with alklai resistance priming paint on walls and ceiling surface finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for external wall / Ceiling applying two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint by spray gun/ spray machine up to 3 storey bldg complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr- in-charge. Note :- 1. Stage for prepration of surfaces shall be got approved from GE before applying the finishes. 2. Material shall be procured from manufacturer and work shall be got executed through authorised applicator. Note rate quoted up to G+3 bldg including scaffolding Note: The application shall be executed on any type of surface and on horizontal/Vertical areas. Notes for item No 68, 69, 90 & 91: (a) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only. (b) Authrised Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. (c) All materials shall be procured directly form manufacturer. The purchase voucher shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge for his verification of material. Engineer-in-Charge shall deface the original purchase vouchers. (d) MOU with authorized applicator will be submitted by contractor within 7 days after opening of Financial Bid otherwise tender will be cancelled. (d) A guarantee amount of 5% of contract of work done for item No 68, 69, 90 & 91 of BOQ will be retained for 5 years of the completion of work.

M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of wood surfaces of any description over 10 Cm width or girth by applying sand paper etc.for proper preparation and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint to give an even and smooth surface having no sign of brush marks complete all as specified and directed. Note rate quoted up to G+8 bldg including scaffolding .

M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description over 10 Cm width or girth by applying sand paper etc.for proper preparation and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to give an even and smooth surface having no sign of brush marks all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed. Note rate quoted up to G+8 bldg including scaffolding .

M & L preparation of surface for Writing building Numbers on building by applying black synthetic enamel paint on white base all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for removal of plant growth by injection with chemical glyphosphate solution (4 % concentration) @ 20 ml or till refuse by cutting or injection in stem of plants or roots at 30 mm. The area shall then be sprayed with solution 25 ml glyphosphate (4% conc) diluted with 1 ltr of water. The size of block shall be of 2 Qtrs on each floor and vary in number of floors. All roots of plants shall be removed completely and making good the disturbed surface and painted with cement base or acrylic paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only MS butt hinges.
