Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work, lift upto 1.50mtr. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtr. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts in all kinds of soil and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring & shuttering in Foundation & plinth. and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 Sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) with 15 % plum and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in retaining walls / breast walls,the size of plums shall usually be 150 mm to 300 mm as per HPPWD specifications and asper the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and flinth complete in all repect within all leads & lifts. and asper the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 0.30 Mtr.thick.RCC Band round the structure in M-25

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level tor steel & asper the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, centring, shuttering, strutting and propping and centring below supporting floor to ciling not exceeding 4mtrs. And removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. a) Wall(any thickness but not less than 0.1mtr. Thickness) attached pillaster, butteresses plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Prov. in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortor 1:3 (1cement : 3 sand )as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing steel plates complete in all respect and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing CI Sluice valve (with hand wheel) as per IS : 780-1984 class-I upto 300 mm dia.(i/c brass spindle & as per 2906-1984 class-II for dia.> 300 mm) complete with bolts nuts,rubber insertion etc.,(the tail piece if required shall be measured & paid for separatly) 200mm
