Disconnectiong existing defective electric motor of any make 30 HP from electric mains isolating the necked connections, removing from foundation by unscrewing the nuts, bolts etc, dicouple from pump, opening of motor for inspection in presence of Engr-in-Charge and carry out minor repairs at site or transporting to workshop and back, reassembling the motor after repair, refixing in position reconnecting same as prior to removing from foundation including replacment of nuts, bolts washers of suitable size, testing and commissioning complete all as speicified and directed NOTE:- (a) Replacment of defecting parts shall be measured and paid for separately . (b) In case of major repairs not possible at site, the motor shall be shifted to Civil workshop and cost of shifting to workshop and back to site shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Taking out old unserviceable / burnt copper winding of motor capacity 30 HP (defective moter taken out in item No. 39 above) and material and labour for rewinding of electric motor of capacity 30 HP with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge as per existing including cleaning of rotor, slots, all winding/ insulation material, vernishing etc. Complete and testing at site on full load after reinstallation to the full satisfaction complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable terminal plate with connector and outer cover of elect motor of any make, type 30 HP capacity and supply and connect, testing terminal plate with connector same as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of ball bearing for the electric motor 30 HP 440 Volt opended in item No. 54 here in before including necessary mechenical work complete all as specified and directed. MAKE:- SKF/TATA/NBC.

Disconnecting electric connections from starter, disconnectioning the water connections carefully by unsecrewing the nuts, bolts and lifting of submersible pump set including column pipes, and submersible cable from bore well disconnecting the pump and motor opening the pump and motor to locate the faults and carry out necessary repairs as directed including transporting to workshop, re-assembling the same after repair lowering in well, including column pipe of any dia, 10ft long upto 20 Nos. and submersible cable, re-connecting all electrical and water connections complete testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (The replacement of parts shall be measured and paid separately.)

Taking out old unseviceable / burnt winding from the submersible 3 phase motor 15 HP and rewinding the same with insulated winding wire as per existing gauge as approved and testing after repair complete all as specified and directed.

Overhauling of submersible pump sets 15 HP capacity up to 08 stages and reassembling the same after repalcement of the following unseviceable / defective parts including testing of pump sets, complete all as specified and directed. (a) Bottom bowl CL with stud, nuts & bolts. (b) Stainless steel coupling with shaftkey complete. (c) Gum metal bush. (d) impeller gun metal type. (e) Strainer brass. Cleaning of overhead reservoir by draning out water below supply level, removing all internal sludge by washing. Cleaning the surface of the reservoir using wire brushes and other scraping tools to remove dirt and scale to make it free from deposits. Washing the reservoir with high presure compressor nozzle throughly and removing dirt water from the tank to make it clean.Repair to internal surfaces by palstering and providing fillers at cracks to prevent any sapage of water.Disinfecting the sump surface using disinfectent for 50000 gallon capacity complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- 1.The work for cleaning and disinfection shall be carried out by qualified experienced staff in the field of the work.The work shall be be carried out in such a way that the water supply will not be disrupted.)

Cleaning of underground water sump by pumping out water below suction level, removing all internal deposited sludge by iron non clogging submersible pump, cleaning the surface of the sump using wire brushes and other scraping tools to remove dirt and scales to make it free from all deposite, washing the sump with high pressure compressor nozzle throughly and removing dirt water from the pump to make it clean including repair to the internal surface by plastering with cement mortar 1:3, 15mm thick and providing fillers at cracks to prevent any seepage of water including disinfecting the sump surface, complete, painting one coat of water proof paint of 50000 gallon capacity complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (The work of cleaning and disinfection will be carried out by expert in the field of the work.The work is to be carried out in such a way that the water supply is not disrupted;necessary bypass arrangement to be done.)

Supply only bleaching powder of superior quality with latest lot and test certificate from authorized laboratory with min 30% active chlorine (in 25 kg bags.) MAKE:- Nishat / shiriram / Modi.

Supply only sodium hydrochloride disinfectent superior quality fo mixing with drinking water for water treatment. Make as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for flushing of borewell using portable air compressor of suitable capacity and after pumping by pump with 25% extra capacity including dismantling the down pipe any length and capacity untill the muddy water pumped out and clear water obtained with including supply and fixing pea gravels of size 4mm to 8mm upto entire depth of bore holes as per requirement after flushing of borewell complete all as specified and directed.

Annual maintance / servicing and replacement of unserviceable consumable items of reverse osmosis water purifier of capacity 20/25/50 Ltrs/Hrs installed at various location, required rectifying any type of blockage, loose connection in electric and electronic components of plants, servicing of the plant to be carried complete all as specified and directed.
