Taking down ceiling fans of 1200/1400mm sweep from site for repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rewinding of ceiling fan/wall mounted fan/pedastal fan any size as per IS-13730 using super enameled copper wire of same guage complete and directed. Note: Canopy, bushes, bearing, cap and fan blade measured and paid separately.

Overhauling of ceiling fan any size and Make, dismantling parts, properly cleaning/removing old existing grease oil and applying new oil grease, varnishing of winding, cleaning dust rust and assembling and connecting complete with copper conductor multi stranded 3 core wire of size 14/0.0076, including replacement of canopy, bushes, bearing, cap and fan blade with new and testing after refixing at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note: Canopy, bushes, bearing, cap and fan blade measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix Stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing PVC box in provision for fixing complete after taking out old one all as required and as specified. Make : Anchor Model No 14052 Delux Fan Regulator rotary Type or Equivalent in Crabtree/Bajaj/CG

Supply only ceiling fan canopy suitable for 15mm dia rod with fixing Nuts and Bolts as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply only gun metal bush suitable for any sweep fan of any make

Supply only capacitor 2.5Mfd. Make : USHA /ASIAN/EPCOS

Supply only ball bearing suitable for 1200/1400mm sweep Ceiling fan. Make : TATA/NBC/SKF

Supply and Fix and replacement of15mm dia MS clamp assembly with Nut, Bolts & rubber bush suitable for down rods and split pins including taking out old one as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in repair ceiling fan down rod of length 300/450 mm, inner diameter 15mm and thickness not less than 1.5mm with clamps Nuts, Bolts and washers for existing ceiling fan as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply only ceiling fan GI blade suitable to 1200/ 1400 and makes complete all as specified and as directed. Make : USHA/Kaitan/CG

M & L for fabrication of fan hook made out of SS rod and fan Hook bend to shape 'S' after taking out old one.

M & L for preparing ceiling fan surfaces for painting by removing/cleaning dust and deposited material and applying two coats of white enamelled paint by spray to fan blades, body and down rod, canopy of ceiling fans complete all as specified and as directed

Taking out unserviceable ceiling fan and supply and fix ceiling fan 230V, 50 Hz, AC, 1200mm sweep complete with hanging arrangement by down rod alongwith steel wire rope for additional safety in ceiling with all allied accessories connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as sepecified. Make & Model : Orient Gratia or equivalent model of Usha/CG/Havells Note : Old unserviceable ceiling fan will be deposited in MES store.

Taking down Exhaust fan of any sweep for repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Overhauling of Exhaust fan any size and Make, dismantling parts, properly cleaning/removing old existing grease, oil and applying new oil grease, varnishing for winding, cleaning dust, rust and replacing petty items with new as required such as Nuts, Bolts, washers, bushes, ball bearing, cap, fan shaft, rotor, capacitor 2.5/4 Mfd, body cover etc and reassembling, connecting with copper conductor multi stranded 3 core wire of size 14/0.0076 complete and testing after refixing at site. Note: Rate of petty items to be replace shall be included in quoted rate.

Taking down deteriorted louvers and Supplying and fixing new louvers made out of 16SWG GI sheet with machine pressed cut for horizontal ventilation at any height up to (G+14 floor) suitable for 300mm sweep exhaust fan complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.” Note :- Neccessary scaffolding, Safety belt, and net for G+14 high rise buildings shall be provided by the contractor and cost of the same are deemed in quoted rate.

M & L for rewinding of exhaust fan with super enamelled copper wire of same size/gauge, no of turns as per existing, varnishing, oiling and greasing of any make of size 230/300/380mm sweep by dismantling its parts and replacing petty items with new as required such as Nuts, Bolts, washers, bushes, ball bearing, cap, fan shaft, rotor, capacitor 2.5/4 Mfd, body cover and cleaning of exhaust fan body and its blade by cleaning agent, assembling, and connecting complete with copper conductor multi stranded 3 core wire of size 14/0.0076, and testing after refixing at site. Note: Rate of petty items to be replace shall be included in quoted rate.

All as per Item No 18.00 above but of size 450mm sweep.

S & F Exhaust GI fan blade suitable to any sweep exhaust fan and makes complete after taking out old one all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : USHA/Kaitahn/CG

M&L for preparing exhaust fan of any size surfaces for painting by removing/cleaning dust and deposited material and applying two coats of grey enamelled paint by spray to Exhaust fan body, blades and louvers complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cutting hole in existing concrete or brick wall suitable for fixing 230/300/450mm sweep exhaust fan making good the hole including proper internal plaster work and surface finish in side and outside the hole as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out unserviceable Exhaust Fan and Supply and fix Exhaust fan, 4 blade, heavy duty, double ball bearing, 230V, 50Hz,300mm sweep having power input 70W speed 1440RPM including connection as required at site with flexible copper cable all as per specified and directed. Make :- Havells/CG/Almonard. Note : Old unserviceable exhaust fan will be deposited in MES store.

Inspection/ checking of serviceability for ceiling fan to avoid any accident on site a job shall be done as taking down ceiling fan from its position, checking and replacement of minor unserviceable and minor defective spare parts responsible for any accident (i.e. 'S' hooks, split pin, cotter pins, rubber bush and safety wie etc) servicing the fan completely after removing of old grease from bearings and hanging it to its same locationand connecting with electrically complete with copper conductor multi stranded 3 core wire of size 14/0.0076 all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note 1. : Complaint pertains to unserviceable ceiling fan/Exhaust Fan as given by the Engr-in-Charge shall be attended within 48hrs from the day of complaint assigned to the representative of the firm as directed by Engr-in-Charge upto the satisfactory level and on failing which the penality shall be imposed @ Rs 250/- per day per item of Schedule.

Note 2. : The Contractor or the accredited representative of the firm shall report to the JE concerned at the E/M Complaint Cell i.e Sub Station No -07 and RS-1 Colaba resp for receiving the complaints at 0900 to 1000hrs daily excluding Sunday and Holiday

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring ie. light, fan, socket or power/points complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of ceiling, walls, floors, etc.

Material and Labour for Point wiring complete with proper colour coding using, 1100 volts grade, 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated FRLS, unsheathed wire with multi stranded copper conductor conforming to IS-694, part-II, ISI marked and including PVC casing and caping not less than 25 mm size, ISI mark with all accessories on wall/ceiling/floor/roof etc, including sutable size of modular PVC board with ISI marked for fixing of modular fittings including 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated, FRLS, unsheathed, 1100 volts multistranded copper conductor green colour as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly all as specified and directed for the following :- NOTE : Circuit conductor from MCB DB to Switch boards should not be less than 2.5sqmm.

One light/Exhaust/Ceiling fan point controlled by one switch.

One 3 pin switch socket combination 5 Amps on the same board with other switches.

One 3 pin switch socket combination 5 Amps, on independent board.

One bell point controlled by one push button

All as per item No 26.00 above but with 2.5 sqmm cable with 2.5 Sqmm FRLS cable as earth wire for one three pin 15 Amps socket out let controlled by one switch.

Taking down unserviceable FTL and supply and fix Slim LED intigrated batten of 20Watt 4ft coolday light with powder coated CRCA decorative patti prewired complete with two Nos of PVC box of size 75x75x20mm for mounting light fittings including ceiling rose complete. Make of Light Fitting : Shakti Cat Part No - SZSLBMX020 or Wipro Cat Part No D532065 or BCLSB20WH of Bajaj

S & F MCB DB SPN double door conforming to IP 43 - IK 09 with acrylic door, 8 way complete with din rail, Neutral and Earthing bar after taking out the old unserviceable DBs, connection complete and making good the disturbed surfaces.
