Dismantling and taking out burnt winding by cutting, cleaning slots and re-winding of AC ceiling fan motor 1200mm of any make of fan with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge including, sleeve work, varnishing with E class insulation varnish, complete all as spd and directed including taking down & refixing the same (Note :- (i) Doctor brand or equivalent ISI brand varnish shall only be used), (ii) Motor shall be wound with machine only.(iii) BIC/HTP or DEVIDYAL, make super enameled copper winding wire shall only be used.

Replacement of old unserviceable gun metal bush of ceiling fan complete all as spd and directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable capacitor AC 400/415 volts 2.5 mfd ISI marked complete all as spd.

All as per Srl item no.4 above but 3.15mfd complete all as spd.

Replacement of old unserviceable ball bearing suitable for 1200/1400 mm sweep complete. (bearing with 8 balls shall only be used) complete all as spd.

Replacement of old unserviceable shackle assy kit (rubber real -01, MS split clamp two Nos, nuts and bolts washers 2 Nos & split pin -02 Nos) suitable for ceiling fan 1200/ 1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable fan blades, ISI Marked, suitable for 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fan of any make complete all as spd.

Repalcement of old unserviceable MS down rod of appropriate External dia of ceiling fan complete (length of rod not less than 45cm and not more than 60cm and 15 mm dia) complete all as spd.

S & F Canopy for ceiling fan as per existing sample complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC Two way connector for ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable steel screw (to be used for fixing of fan blade) as per sample/site requirement/ Makeof fan complete all as spd.

Servicing of ceiling fans of capacity 1200/1400mm including taking down from site, dismantling, cleaning, greasing/ oiling of bush and bearings, replacement of set of split pins, cotter pins, blade screws and refixing to the existing site after servicing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Unserviceable parts if any will be measured and paid seperately).

Dismantling of wall/pedestal fan of any sweep, repair the same by cleaning, overhauling, necessary lathe work (grinding & polishing) etc and taking out existing burnt out winding wire of motor and rewinding the same with super enamelled bare insulated copper winding wires as per existing gauge and turn to achieve desired RPM including necessary insulating materials, insulating varnishing, cleaning and reassembling the wall/pedestal fan after replacement of unserviceable minor parts such as frame nut, knob, regulator switch clamp of cendenser etc as required for smooth functioning of the fan and Replacement of unserviceable major parts like capacitor, bearing, bush etc and testing complete on completion and re-fixing the fan in existing position including provn of twin twisted flexible copper stranded conductor wire of size 23/0.0076 Sqmm of required length complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Note : (a) Replacement of unserviceable major parts like capacitor, bearing, bush etc shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" under respective items of this Schedule. (b) Unit quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of transportation of fan to workshop form MES store yard)

Repair, maint and making the continuity of supply after rectifying the defects of the electrical items such as switches, replacement of fuse wires, distribution boards, MCB (light/power), lamp holders (bracket/ pandents/ batten), bell/buzzer, push button, ceiling rose, capacitors, geyser, fans etc and other similar electrical items/fittings etc. including providioning of small pieces of electrical wire if required of size 1.5 sqmm to 2.5 sqmm single core and length not exceding 0.50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- (i) any accessories found unserviceable that shall be paid as supply only under respective items of this Sch 'A' . (ii) One job only will be considered for each bldg/Qtr per day irrespective of the No of points made serviceable.(iii) The area for attending the complaints are Entire Bhadoriya complex (iii) Each complaint attended/rectified shall be measured as one job. (iv) The contractor shall depute necessary man power on daily basis for rectifying the jobs including sundays and holidays.(v) The contractor should deploy the manpower from the day of exceptance of contractor, (vi) Fine for Rs 500 per day shall be chraged to the contractor for not deploying of man power on any day.
