Copy of Bidders valid ISO 9001 certificate issued by reputed certification bodies (recognized by the National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies or equivalent bodies)

MSME Registration Certificate

GST Filed receipt 3B from April 2025 till December 2025

Annual turnover The Bidder Should Have an average Turnover of twice the amount estimated to tender (Tender Estimate 22.26Lakhs) in last 3 years Financial Years and the same should be certified by the Chartered accountant with UDIN (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25). (Exemption for The Bidder who is MSME registered Manufacturer must have Half the amount estimated to the tender)

2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 ITR Copy and Profit and loss & Balance Sheet report should be submitted certified by CA having UDIN number

Professional Tax Paid Receipt of Last Financial Year Should be Uploaded.

Line of Credit 30% of the estimated value(22.26 Lakhs) mentioning the name of work issued by Nationalized Bank as per format K/G/W-1/2/3 clause 3.3(b). (Note: Solvency Certificate is not accepted as letter of credit, Net Worth Certificate is not Accepted)
