Note: Payment of sand cushion shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick as in riser, steps & skirting, over cement mortar laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing, polishing & rounding to edges complete incl 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.
