Wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of paint.

Priming to new wall surface with oil bound cement primer including cost of primer.

Priming one coat with any approved primer including cost of primer for Steel work.

Painting two coat with any approved paint including cost of paint.

Flyash Brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) by using 10" size flyash Bricks including all cost, conveyance etc. complete.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) for brick work.

Providing, fitting, fixing of Gypsum Board ceiling including all fitting, cost of all materials, all taxes, labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fixing and fitting of Cornice for Gypsum board ceiling 4" width of approved quality and approved make conforming to IS with necessary bends etc complete fixed to wall with screw as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all material with taxes, labour, T&P etc complete.

Dismentaling and removing doors, windows and ventilators including removal of frame, hinges, fastening and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50 meters lead.
