FLOOR MOUNTED AIR HANDLING UNITS FOR cardiology ICU SITC of following Floor Mounted Modular Construction Double Skinned Air Handling Units (50 mm S.P.)with recommended Fresh Air arrangement each consisting of the following and having 25+2 mm thick PUF insulated extruded Aluminium section frame construction: a) Fan Section forward curve imported fan (MK.Krugar/Nikotra).The AHU shall consist of 1 no. Centrifugal Blower with 2 nos. (1W + 1S) TEFC Squirell cage induction motor. b) Coil section 6 Rows deep (0.41 mm thick), 11-13 FPI Coolig Coil with washable Pre-filters with efficiency 90% down to 10 microns. c) Set of Microvee Fine Filters with efficiency of 95% down to 5 Microns. d) TEFC sq,Cage Induction Motor. e) Sandwiched SS Drain Pan. The AHU shall be complete with VFD.The VFD shall be of IP20 rating.The AHU shhould be equipped with proper valves. f) Inner skin - 0.63 mm thick plain GI sheet. g) outer skin - 0.63 mm thick pre coated GI sheet. h) Provision for fixing of UVC Emitter. i) 11000 cfm, 6 row deep coil, 50 mm WC static pressure.

SITC of UVC EMITTER for the above AHU's for prevention of fungus in the chilled water cooling coils. The minimum UV intensity in the coils shall be greater than 1000 uW/Cm2 for Ots. The unit shall be UL Listed (UL-1995) (MAKE-ALFA/RUKS/AEROPURE)

SITC and insulating of following nominal sizes chilled water piping complete with fittings, supports, bends, elbows, flanges, insulation ets. With necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings duly insulated with 50 mm thick inside building/50 mm thick outside building TF quality expanded polystyrene foam in pipe section 16 kg/cum density covered with a layer of vapour barrier and covered with 12 mm thick sand cement plaster on GI chicken wire mesh. The pipes shall be of MSERW, "C" class as per IS 1239 and IS 3589 standards (for pipe sizes above 150 mm NB).(TATA)

WATER LINE VALVES, STRAINERS & ACCESSORIES. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the following chilled water and condenser water line valves with flanges, bolts/nuts/gaskets etc. all complete with insulation interconnected to chillers. pumps, AHUs. BUTTERFLY VALVE S&F of the following Water line Butterfly-Valve as per following categories, sizes and qunatities complete with providing flanges, nut-bolts, gasket and welding arrangements: Butterfly valve shall be of PN 16 rating as per standard. Valves of sizes 32 mm and above shall be made out of Cast Iron body, SG iron disc with Nylon coated, SS-431 Stem, EPDM integrally moulded liner with hand lever/Gear Box. Valves up to 150 mm NB shall be with detachable hand lever operation whereas valves above 150 mm NB shall have warm gear operation.

BALANCING VALVE. S & F of the following Water line Balancing - Valve as per following categories, sizes and qunatities complete with providing flanges, nut-bolts, gasket and welding arrangements: The valves shall be designed for PN 16 rating as per standard. The valves of sizes 32 mm to 65mm dia. shall be of gun metal / cast iron construction with screwed ends angular design hand wheel with locking facility. Whereas valves of sizes 80mm and above shall be of cast iron construction with internal parts of SS 410 and EPDM / nitrile seat with flanged ends. The test cocks should be long enough to protrude out of valve insulation.

PRESSURE GAUGE S & F of the following Water line PRESSURE GAUGE as per following categories, sizes and qunatities complete with providing flanges, nut-bolts, gasket and welding arrangements: Bourden type pressure gauges of 100mm dia of suitable range shall be provided.The water pressure gauge shall be made of stainless steel grade SS304. The dial plate shall be powder coated with white colour base & the calibration shall be done in black colour. All the pressure gauges shall be complete with ball valves & SS Siphon and confirming to IS:3624.

THERMOMETER SITC of the following Water line INDUSTRIAL TYPE THERMOMETER, as per following categories, sizes and qunatities complete with providing all fixing accessories: The V form thermometer shall be made of aluminium die casting with golden colour anodizing. The thermometer shall have a V groove in the body to protect the refill from the damages during the installation. The refill shall be filled with blue colour mercury. The thermometer shall be complete with brass well & the calibration of temperature shall be in Celsius & Fahrenheit.

SITC of Drain piping with GI B Class pipes with fittings duly insulated with 25 MM THICK "TF" qulaity (16 Kg/CuM density) EPS section, Vapour barrier and covered with sand, cement and plaster with GI chicken wire mesh along with necessary quantities of supports, flanges, bends, elbows, fittings, nut-bolts, gaskets etc:

DUCT WORK. Supply, installtion, testing and commissioning of Class - VIII grade (120 GSM) supply & return air duct along with necessary supports, flanges etc. as required and as per IS 655 and IS-277 standards of following gauges.

S & F of 19 mm thick duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class “O”) insulation on new duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete.

Supplying & fixing of acoustic insulation inside ducting with 10mm thick open cell nitrile rubber(class O) of density 140Kg/cu.m-160 Kg/Cum insulation with bolts nuts GI washers etc as required.

S & F of underdeck insulation with 50 mm thick TF quality Expanded polysterene slab (16 Kg/Cum) with bituminous adhesive compound, wire, washers etc as required.

Supplying, fixing, testing & commissioning of powder coated extruded aluminium section supply air grills with M.S volume control dampers as required.

Supplying, fixing, testing & commissioning of powder coated extruded aluminium section supply air diffuser with M.S volume control dampers as required.

Supplying, fixing, testing & commissioning of powder coated extruded aluminium section supply air grills with M.S volume control dampers as required.

Supplying, fixing, testing & commissioning of powder coated extruded aluminium section supply air diffuser with M.S volume control dampers as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of motorized type Fire Damper made out of 18G GI sheet.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of panel with actuator for motorized type Fire Damper .

Supplying, fixing, testing & commissioning of powder coated extruded aluminium section fresh air grill in AHU room with aluminium volume control dampers, bird screen etc complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Wall Mounted cubicle type LT distribution control panel, VFD Bypass Starter & exhaust fan control electrical Panel Board fabricated from sheet steel comprising with following accessories incl. internal wiring earthing & painting.

MCCB suitable rating as incomer and outgoing as per the rating of Ahu motor & heater

DOL/SD starter as per HP ratings

VFD Bypass Starter as HP ratings

Terminal Block for power distribution to heaters and fan motors.
