Certain B/R repairs work to joinery, plumbing, flooring, sunken treatment etc of OTM Accn in Bn V and VI under AGE B/R-I at GE Gurdaspur.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position(above/below of ground level) not otherwise specifically provided as in sunken floor, plinth protection, roof kerb, foundation etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L for waterproofing treatment to sunken floors with application of two components acrylic modified cementious coating with glass fabric sheet between coats and one coat of primer (SIKA Top Seal-107 / Brush Bond FOSROC / Dr. Fixit / STP / CICO ) on dried surface free from containments such as dirt, dust, oil, surface treatments and old coatings. Concrete substrats must be prepared mechanically using abrasive blast cleaning or milling to remove cement laitance existing coating and achieve a gripping clean dry and free from laitance profile. The application instructions of manufacturer should be followed strictly. Note : (a) Chipping out any visible cracks must be clean and filled with SIKA latex SBR 100 Putty / Dr. Fixit 302 SBR latex / Perma latex SBR / FOSROC Nitbond SBR latex / Asain Paint latex in "V Groove" pattern and finally clean surface with powder grinder, wire brush hair brush & Vaccum pressure. (b) The waterproofing coating should be done upto a height of 450mm above the FFL on vertical surfaces. (c) Second coat shalll be applied after 6-8 hrs of application of previous coat and in the right angle direction. (d) All traps in sunken slabs to be enclosed with PCC 1: 11/2 :3 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) (min 150mm) alround.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 in sunken portion of slab using waterproofing compound all as specified and directed Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregarte) as in filling, foundation and mass concrete in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base for receiving the floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Roughing the surface of old concrete floor picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust/mud etc.and applying a coat of Nitobond SBR cement slurry (1 Vol of Nitobond SBR + 1 vol of Water + 3 vol of cement) water proofing coating on roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding averaging thickness of 50 mm complete all as specified.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/ Sqm and minimum 3mm thick, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/ Sqm) laid on applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m by forced application with butane torch over entire roof area with minimum overlaps of 100mm at the sides/ longitudnal edges of strips membrane and 150mm at the ends and sealed in after cleaning surface complete all as specified and directed and all as per manufacturer's instructions.

S&F for prepartion of new surface and applying two coats of aluminum paint on APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.
