Erection of steel tubular pole or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required. 12x2-24 +24 for total O.H.Line

Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required. 12 for breaker

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV over head lines complete with 19/20 mm dia x 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle (20 mm X 600 mm), 7/4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying of two length of channel iron 75 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm (7.14 kg/mtr) double pole cross arm for three wire 11 KV OH line conductor complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm MS flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arm together, including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11 KV over head lines as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for two 11 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. fiat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required. 2 for OH line and 2 for supporting bracket)

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/rail/PCC pole for 11 KV as required

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing FRLSame work for 11 KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 1400 mm width X 2500 mm height, complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Erection of all aluminium conductor of 7/3.40 mm to 7/4.00 mm diameter and above including binding etc. as required - Dog Conductor (8 spans X 3 wire X 50 mtr X 0.394 kg/m)=427 (10 spans X 3 wire X 50 mtr X 0.394 kg/m)=591

Dismantling of overhead lines comprising of aluminium over head conductor, G.I. wire,cross arms, insulators etc. as required

Providing of 11 kV, 400 A Male contact Blade suitable for Double Break GOS

Providing of 11 kV, 400 A Female contact Blade suitable for Double Break GOS

Repairing of 400 Amps, 11KV grade GOS after dismantling of burnt/defective one phase Male & Female fixed contact, copper wirenet - 1.5 mtr, moving contact etc and replace from the materials along setting it on the pole structure 16 Supply of 6 SWG G.I. wire.

Supply of 06 SWG G.I wire.

Errection of G.I. wire no 8 SWG includig binding etc as required.

Erection of cradle guard as required.

Dismantling of pole in cement concrete foundation etc. as required

Shifting of pole from one site/work shop/sub-station to another site

Supply and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size 3 core XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11KV grade as required - 120 sq. mm

Fixing of new 11KV grade onload Gang Operating Switch after dismantling of old GOS (GOS departmental supply)

Clamps, bolts nuts etc

Providing & fixing of 11KV grade post insulator for GOS

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing of 25 mm x 5 mm Gl strip on surface or in recess for connections etc as required

Supply and providing cable hanger made by angle with double clamp with nuts and bolts including fitting and fixing on pole for cable.

Day to day petroling in break down maintainence and cheking the OH line
