SUB-HEAD A - CHILLER

Supply, Positioning, Starting, Testing & Commsioning of AHRI / Eurovent certified Air Cooled Screw Chiller of capacity stated below at operating condition mentioned below having single/multiple screw compressor driven by suitably rated hermetic / semi hermetic motor complete with VFD and with all standard accessories. Air cooled condenser with factory coating against corrosion, insulated flooded / Dx chiller, flow switch at chiller outlet, interconnecting insulated refrigerant piping, refrigerant & oil (first charged), micro processor based control panel, 1" deflection screen isolator of suitable capacity all mounted on MS baseplate. Motor shall be suitable for 415V ±10%, 50 Hz ± 5%, 3-Ph AC supply. Variable speed drive shall have suitable harmonic filter. Operating conditions are furnished below:

SUB-HEAD B- CHILLED WATER PUMP

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Back - Pullout Casing Chilled water pump set capable of delivering 255 USGPM of water . duly insulated with 32mm thick Nitrite Rubber , Each comprising of Suitable HP, TEFC Squirrel Cage Induction Motor with class "B" insulation, 1440 rpm synchronous speed, suitable for operation on 415 ± 10% volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz A.C. supply. The Pump / Motor shall confirm to IE2 Standard and 81.4% Efficiency. 150 mm dia dial type pressure gauges for inlet & outlet, mounted on common MS base plate, complete as per specifications etc. as required. (1 Working + 1 Standby) , The pump shall have IP65, all weather proof, isolator with lockable arrangement.

The item included suitable cush foot mounting arrangement with rubber flexible below.

FLOR MOUNTED AHU

SITC of factory built floor mounted chilled water double skin type horizontal/vertical air handling units made of 25 mm thick panels consisting of preplasticized G.I. casing of thickness 0.8mm outside layer and 0.8 mm inside layer with polyurethane foam (PUF) insulation factory injected between them by injection moulding machine, complete with blower section with blower suitable for static pressure as required, minimum 2 bend GSS/PVC eliminators,cooling coil section with aluminium finned copper tubes (tubes thickness not less than 0.5 mm) cooling coil of 6/8 row deep (as given below) , filter section with 50 mm thick metal viscous/ washable synthetic

CEILING SUSPENDED AHU

SITC of factory built ceiling suspended type double skinned chilled water air handling units fabricated out of extruded aluminium section with 0.6mm pre-plasticized / pre coated galvanised steel sheet outside & 0.6mm plane galvanised steel sheet inside with farward curved blower, blower section and blower motor TEFC type suitable for operation on 415 ± 10% V, 50Hz± 5% , 3 Phase AC supply, 6 row cooling coil made of Aluminium finned copper tube with coil section, pre filter section with non woven synthetic media of 10 micron particle size with an efficiency of 90% and fine filter 95% down to 5 micron (fine filter for 70 TSP AHU), polished stainless steel drain pan made out of 22SWG sheet duly insulated complete with motor , direct / belt drive as mentioned below etc. without face and bypass dampers. All direct driven fan motor shall be sourced from fan manufacturer & factory fitted only.

The AHU panel shall be insulated with 23mm thick & 36 kg/m3 density PU foam. The motor & blower assembly shall be mounted on Aluminium extruded section only. The complete AHU shall conform to standard specification. The face velocity across cooling coil shall be limited to 152 MPM maximum. The supply blower motor shall be VFD operated including SITC of suitable VFD & their necessary control etc as required. UVC EMITTER.

a) SITC of UVC EMITTER for the above AHU's for prevention of fungus in the chilled water cooling coils. The minimum UV intensity in the coils shall be greater than 1000 UW-SEC/CM2 for OTs. The unit shall be UL Listed (UL-1995) [Make - As per Approved Make]

b) SITC of UVC EMITTER for the above AHU's for prevention of fungus in the chilled water cooling coils. The minimum UV intensity in the coils shall be between 600 to 700 UW-SEC/CM2 for Ots. The unit shall be UL Listed (UL-1995) [Make - As per Approved Make]

SUB-HEAD D - CHILLED WATER PIPING SECTION [Make - As per Approved Make]

Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled water piping inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated with following closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber of minimum 45 Kg / m3 density, thermal conductivity 0.037 W/MK or better at 20 deg mean temperature class ‘O’ insulation applied by suitable adhesive complete including repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required complete in all respect. [ Note:-The Pipes of sizes 150 mm & below shall be M.S. ‘C’ class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150 mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35 mm thick M.S. Sheet for pipes upto 350 mm dia. and from minimum 7mm thick MS sheet for pipes of 400 mm dia and above.

The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.

If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules
