Taking out old unserviceable underground HT cable 11 KV armoured with aluminium conductor of any size from trenches, walls, Road, footpath or ducts and making good after taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in deep and getting out for laying of cable/ pipes etc including forming bottom surfaces to the required level/slope complete all as specified and directed

Returning , filling in includiing spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil comlete all as specified and directed

Removing surplus excavated to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete allas specified and directed.

Material and labour for approved river sand cushioning for under ground cable in trenches 8 cm before laying and 15cm after laying of cable and punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid for 18 cm only after punned /consolidated thickness complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type-2, flat, size 450mm x 180mm x 40mm, ISI marked, laid flat across the cable length for cable protection embossed with HT 11 KV electric on the top surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 100 mm dia Galvanised iron pipe "light grade" with all fittings for passing of cabes fixed to pole/wall/laid under floor or roads including all fixing accessories complete for protection of cable of fllowing sizes of dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 80 mm dia Galvanised iron pipe "light grade" with all fittings for passing of cabes fixed to pole/wall/laid under floor or roads including all fixing accessories complete for protection of cable of fllowing sizes of dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) conforming to latest relevant IS with multy stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade of size 3 core 95 mm cable laid in trenches/ducts/under plinth floor passing through pipe etc, fixed on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade (E) cable for indoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm all as directed. Make : 3 M/Densil/M seal

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 11 KV (E) grade cable for straight through heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core 95 sqmm XLPE armoured aluminium conductor all as directed.

Material and Labour for boring holes under the road/pavement/hard standing with the help of trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 100mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure not less than one metre below ground level complete all as specified and directed. (The cost of HDPE pipe shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate).

Supply and fixing cable route indicator, made of MS sheet of size 200 mm x 150 mm x 3 mm thick, spot welded with angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 5 mm thick, 750 mm long embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-2( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block 30cm x 30cm x 40cm in ground including one coat of synthetic enamel black paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and writing with white paint showing size of cable HT complete all as specified & directed .

M&L Complete servicing 11 KV,5 way SF6 RMU including assembling of operating mechanism parts, spring, charging motor and mechanism well cleaning with petrol and CRC 226, replacement unserviceable parts/accessories, oiling and greasing of moving parts, checking and cleaning of bus bar insulator, checking of vacuum, interrupters, well cleaning mechanism linkages drive insulators and fibber reinforced plastic frame around the vacuum interrupters, cleaning of terminal of 3 Nos current transformer, replacement of bunt out gas chamber , fuse on control wiring tightening of all connection, tapping of burt out bus bar with HVBT tape as and re-assembling the RMU after overhauling and testing of complete RMU for its serviceability, functionality, setting of Earth Fault over current relay (Make Ashida, ADR 241S), Master trip relay , Fuse fail relay, functioning of closing/ tripping remote operation, auto charge operation, emergency stop function, Mechanical operation, interlocks, Checking of SF6 gas & generating of test report by by OEM/Schneider authorized service centre. Note:- (i) Produce factory test certificate after completion of Job. (ii) Cost of hydraulic machine and transpotation are included.
