ROAD Material and labour for Providing and laying road marking paint as per IRC 35 with hot applied thermo plastic compound with reflectorising glass beads on bituminous surface, applying of hot thermo plastic compound with minimum 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm inclusive of all surface cleaning, applying, labour charges, all taxes etc at site for complete finished item of work as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode of size 600mmx600mm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly under ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including GI wire 4mm dia and GI protection pipe 15mm dia and light grade connected to and including by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers made of copper as shown plate no 3 of SSR part 1 to the extent applicable to this item including necessary excavation earth work , PCC 1;3;6 chamber RCC 1;2;4 cover 50mm tick with 6mm TMT bar 100mm center to center watering pipe medium grade 20mm bore funnel wire mesh etc. and testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Construction of valve chamber of size 450mm x 450mm x 700mm in 200mm thick Brick walls with sub class 'B' brick built in CM 1:4, rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) and providing 3mm thick MS plate hinged cover fixed to 25mmx25mmx3mm thick angle iron frame work on brick work chamber with locking arrangement including necessary earth work, excavation, PCC bedding & coping, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces and two coats of white wash on brick wall surfaces complete as required at site all as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Taking out serviceable 11 KV HT UG cable from trenches and relaying in the same or other location where directed for the size 120 to 185 sqmm 3 core HT 11 KV grade for diversion of the same complete all as specified and as directed. Note: [i] Earth work for taking down of cable and earth work for relaying of cable, sand cushioning, PCC cover for cable protection, GI pipe etc shall be measured separately under relevant items of connected schedule. [ii] The rate deemed to including shifting of the cable from one location to other location.

Supply, install, connecting, testing and commissioning of transformer of capacity 630 KVA having technical parameters as per IS 1180 (Part - I) : 2014, Level 3 Star 2 with all standard fittings and accessories, step down, Indoor type, oil immersed naturally cooled type, copper wound, HT 11000 Volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz on primary side and 433 Volts, 3 phase, 4 wire on secondary side, 50 Hz with off load tap changer having tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage by +/- 7.5 %. complete with standard fittings, cable end box both on HT and LT side, LT terminals extended with 20 mm x 3 mm "L" type copper strip connected with bracing for connecting cable lugs on LT side including initial filling of oil conforming to IS 335-1981 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, connecting, testing and commissioning of transformer of capacity 200KVA having technical parameters as per IS 1180 (Part - I) : 2014, Level 3 Star 2 with all standard fittings and accessories, step down, Indoor type, oil immersed naturally cooled type, copper wound, HT 11000 Volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz on primary side and 433 Volts, 3 phase, 4 wire on secondary side, 50 Hz with off load tap changer having tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage by +/- 7.5 %. complete with standard fittings, cable end box both on HT and LT side, LT terminals extended with 20 mm x 3 mm "L" type copper strip connected with bracing for connecting cable lugs on LT side including initial filling of oil conforming to IS 335-1981 complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for earthing complete with GI plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to earth lead of 32x6 mm GI strip by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanized, incl GI protection pipe 40mm size light grade all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earth work. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC cover in 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 with 8mm CTD 140mm centre to centre with suitable handle, watering pipe 20mm dia light grade pipe with funnel, charcoal salt connected to earthing test point all as specified including testing and commissioning on completion all as specified and as directed. Note :- Length of GI strip of size 32X 6 mm upto 7.5 mtr shall be measured as one unit only

Supply, install and testing of maintenance free chemical earthing system confirming to IS: 3043 and as per the detailed specification given below : (a) Earth Electrode : The Earth electrode shall be non-corrosive, solid steel round rod of size 17.20mm dia, 3000mm long, made of high tensile low carbon steel with molecularly bonded copper coating of thickness 250 microns on the outside. (b) Bore hole : The electrode shall be installed in a 1200 mm dia 3000mm deep augured bore hole and to be filled 400 mm outer dia with black soil (Note:- Rates should be including supply and filling of black soil in proper manner) (C) Ground enhancing compound : The augured bore hole shall be filled with highly conductive and eco friendly ground enhancing carbon based backfill compound suitable for any type of soil. The quantity of ground enhancing compound shall not be less than 30 Kg per pit. (d) Earth termination clamp : The electrode shall be provided on its top with an earth termination clamp made of electrolytic grade copper for connecting earth continuity conductor with stainless steel hardware. (e) Earth chamber : PCC chamber 300 x 300 x 300mm with cover shall be provided on the top of the earth system on 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 bed concrete. The Chamber shall be flushed with the ground surface.

(f) Earth point test box: Copper strip of size 25X3 mm size, 200mm long mounted on insulators and enclosed in MS sheet box made of 2 mm thick and size 250X200X120 mm sloped top outdoor type duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer shall be provided at a suitable location. (g) Copper Strip : Copper strip of size 25X3 mm from earth pit to test point box upto 7.5 meter. Make : MEPL/Smart Solutions or equivalent approved

Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Cubical type floor mounted chamber for MCB DB 12 Way, size 0.4 Width x 0.3M height x 0.25M depth, outdoor type factory fabricated made out of CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick ,fully enclosed and angle iron frame of size 25 x 25 x 5mm thick including provn legs of length 45 CM long and grouting in PCC 1:2:4 20CM above the ground level and front openable door, dust and vermin proof and rear opening complete with locking arrangement, provn of suitable cable glands, duly powder coated of approved quality over a coat of red primer with sufficient free space complete all specified and directed. Supply, install, testing and commissioning of HT panel consist of 03 Nos VCBs (01 incomers and 02 outgoings) of free standing, metal clad, modular, cubicle type dust and vermin proof, front operated 350 MVA, 630 Amps, 26.2 KA VCBs for operation on 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50 Hz AC supply system suitable for indoor extensible type installation, draw out type, horizontal / vertical isolation type with electrical and mechanical interlock and automatic safety shutter gear including padlocking arrangement, isolation plugs, assembly of 3 vacuum interrupters with epoxy support insulations and self aligning finger type isolating contacts, track having integral racking with necessary interlocks (for insertion and withdrawal of VCB), manual and automatic motor charged independent closing / tripping spring, trip free operating mechanism with closing and tripping push buttons and mechanical breaker including inbuilt battery packed power pack 230V, AC/110V DC with 7ah Battery system, indoor floor mounted overload and earth fault protection, ammeter, voltmeter, multifuctional meters with CTs & PT, manufactured in confirmation to IS-3427, BS 5227 complete with power and control wiring, inter connection, TP copper bus bar fully tinned and totally covered with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves and non hygroscopic, high dielectric strength bus bar support insulators, earthing, painting complete all as specified and as directed. (A) Specification for Each VCB (i) Bus bar chamber with 3 phase copper bus bar 1000 Amps rating duly color coded insulated - 01 set (set of three) (ii) Electrical shunt trip coil 110 V DC - 01 No (iii) Electrical closing coil 110 V DC - 01 No (iv) 11 KV CT chamber incorporating 3 Nos single phase resin cast current transformer ratio (100-50) A/ 5-5A class 1.0 for metering & class 5P 10 for protection and burdon 7.5 VA - 1 set.

Material and labour for PCC block 300x300x600mm by using 20mm graded aggregate for fixing of GI pipe 50mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling of trenches in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil upto depth of 30cm (8cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255-1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

AIR CONDITIONING Supply and install hi wall split units indoor /outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with inbuilt with air ioniser on plasma filter for better indoor air quality with min. 5 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity of 2 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Wiring for sub main with the 2 X 4 Sqmm + 1 x 4 Sqmm earth wire of FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable drawn in and including suitable size of non metallic rigid PVC conduit and all accessories (Concealed) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 240 Volt 20 Amp complete all as specified and directed.
